Meghan doesn't deserve to ever be released from prison. She sentenced Heidi to a death sentence and deprived her and her children of the life they could have had. With a friend like Meghan who needs an enemy! Shane's reaction may have been a nervous reaction based distress and may not have revealed his real emotions. I have seen someone nervously laugh when traumatized when they were actually very upset.

I was once in a situation where I ended up holding a newborn before the grandparents. I felt SO awful, apologized profusely and passed baby on immediately. I was so embarrassed! I never would have knowingly done that!!

LOL, oh calm down, it's not a big deal! It's not like they'll only have one chance to hold the baby.

The baby lost her mother and the mother's last thought was never being there for her child. No parole. Life.

I would love a old-school Tande video on the docuseries making a murderer and convicting a murderer. But that would have to be a longer video, like back in the days 😊 keep up the great work Toddman, you are the goat on these topics. ❤

He meant to say "exigent" circumstances, not "emergent" circumstances -- exigent circumstances are circumstances which are so time constrained they prevent the police from seeking a magistrate's warrant without danger of losing either evidence or someone's life

Well, then most of us would NOT have understood what he said, and in practical kind of way “emergent” is very acceptable
