Great video! If I was the HR Rep I wouldn’t have reprimanded her but there was some truth in what he said. Just like we have to dress for the position we want we should also have a professional voicemail, email address and alert references. Her unprofessional vm was no different than her going to the interview unkempt. It’s kind of like when the mommies show up disheveled and with no content…we are shocked at how they don’t take their job seriously. I think the same rule applies with this lady. First impressions are a lasting one and if she presented herself like that before she got the job it probably wouldn’t have gotten any better if he had hired her. Even though he didn’t hire her maybe he wanted her to increase her chances of being employed moving forward.

YESSSSS so glad the car 🚗 chronicles is back! I love the car chronicle! Child I've been there sometime dealing with coworkers and supervisors it can be a lot! Tasha that's a very good idea, working Mon thru Thur, because people's have real life outside of work! But I agree he was prejudging her! TMR love the lip color. your lips 👄 was popping! I going to buy it for my daughter. She loves purple 💜 and pinks. Tasha I really enjoyed your perspective on things! And your life story dealing with buttholes at work! I cringed listening to her voicemail, I honestly thought it was an intro for a KZfaq video. Her vm made her come off young and immature. He could have been calling her for a phone interview or to set up an in person interview, if I was a recruiter I wouldn’t ask someone to come in with that kind of vm either.

I feel when your out seeking employment you should DEFINITELY have a more appropriate VM. Now You and I Tasha would have chuckled at it and would have given lil sis a chance and see how her interview go. But unfortunately not everybody see it that way.
