What Kiara said at 2:29, while true, was only adding fuel to the fire in the conversation. Better response would have been to continue to encourage her friend positively, even though she was obviously bitter and envious. If your friend says "No, I don't want to come" and is persistent about it........then back off and change the subject. Kiara should have put some distance between her and her "friend" as soon as she detected the envy.
