That's part of the problem. A citizen reports a cops and nothing happens. The system of policing is inherently corrupt. It's so sad that taxpayers have to pay for this incompetence.

Now that bad cop that resigned she's just going to catch on with another department and that's what bad cops do: let's not kid ourselves even if there were a national database of of bad cops they would corrupt it, 1. Departments would find loopholes to not input names because certain politicians would make sure they're there. 2. If a cops name was in the database departments would still find ways to hire them.

Damn!!! You learn something new every day. Who knew that laughing in your car was a traffic violation and suspicions activity that is threatening enough to a cop that they open your car door and arrest you? The dangers to cops are endless, I hope that officer was ok, I can only imagine the fear she must have had when she saw someone laughing in their car.

Plenty of police officers are caught yearly of rape/sex crimes, assault, domestic violence, murder, perjury, planting of drugs and evidence, etc... Police think they have God-given authority over man is the work of narcissism and corruption, not of law, Romans 13, or of God! The job of a policeman attracts abusive psychopaths and narcissists like magnets are attracted to iron! Last Wednesday, A 41-year-old Pennsylvania police chief "Shawn Denning" accused of helping to distribute cocaine, methamphetamine, and other narcotics faces 20 years in prison. The chief's actions were uncovered after he sold 35 grams of cocaine and 325 tablets containing meth to a source working with the DEA. That female “officer “although she is no longer on the force because she resigned should still face charges. Also, they pulled her out of the car like they did Tyre Nichols. These “officers”were menaces to the community and should never have been on the force. Chief Davis I’m sure knew about all of this and did absolutely NOTHING to reform her force. She needs to be held accountable; and ALL of the cases that these “officers”touched need to be reviewed. Good that this woman retained an attorney; and that she and her family survived this terrible experience.

The majority of police were and are BULLIES, not bullied. My school bully literally became a cop after graduating from a 6 month program at a community college. I've heard the same from many people, including a girl who said an ex who used to handcuff her and strangle her to get off became a local cop. National statistics also show that over 40% of police officers have committed acts of domestic violence, which is bullying and abuse of your own family.

The problem is not just in Memphis. Unfortunately, the problem of police abusing their authority is more common than everyone knows. From falsely pulling cars over in traffic stops to appearing in court where the judge sides with the officer with no evidence of the person committing any offense. It's sad. I say clean house from top to bottom because they're just as crooked as the so-called crooks that they are supposed to be detaining.

It's all RELATED, NO ban on guns & the police departments work hand in hand. The system has set up laws to protect police so they know whatever they do wrong will be covered up. The majority of police feel they are "entitled" with protection & that's how it has been from the beginning. The so-called "brothers in blue" have a "code of silence" that they withhold, they're really like a MAFIA against ALL citizens GOOD OR BAD. Some of them are so "gun-hoe" that they no longer meet the criteria for their positions, yet they are still hired & just receive a "slap on the wrist" for their bad behavior & continue their CORRUPT business as usual. I'm so sorry Tyre Nichols lost his life, but his loss of life confirmed to the whole world what goes on behind closed doors, which we already suspected. Fortunately, MPD HAS FINALLY BEEN EXPOSED!! And it took the loss of life for this to happen. Hopefully this will be known of these CORRUPT police officers all over the land & it will bring about change. HOLD POLICE ACCOUTABLE FOR THEIR WRONG DOINGS just like anyone else! JUSTICE FOR TYRE!!! 💯

Don't recall Memphis's Black community calling for 'justice' 4 months before Tyre Nichols death i.e., September 2022 when a White 34 year old female named Eliza Fletcher was abducted while out jogging -- just like Ahmaud Arbery was -- by a Black male career criminal ex convict who then beat her(the M.E. said her jaw was broken) raped her and then shot her in the back of the head and then dumped her body roadside. Don't recollect any protest marches/rallies by Memphis's Black community demanding 'racial justice'. Nor was Eliza Fletcher's funeral shown nationwide, or recall the Vice President of the USA attending her funeral or Reverends Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson or Attorney Benjamin Crump attending her funeral characterizing her death as a 'hate crime'. And of course the media that made sure the whole world knew the race of George Floyd and Ahmaud Arbery(Black) and the race(White)of who killed them studiously avoided mentioning the race of Eliza Fletcher(White)or of the race of who murdered her(Black). But the Black community demands 'racial justice' ....Yups, got it!!
@emilerose1424
@emilerose1424 Жыл бұрын
@@scottdavis24 The national and international news put the tragic story of Eliza Fletcher as their top newsprint and broadcast story within a few hours of her kidnapping. This was much like Carol Stuart, Jon Benet Ramsey, Natalee Holloway, Lacie Peterson, Gabby Petito, Ana Walshe and others. The intense attention on these cases--all White women--is so common that it has a name: "Missing White Woman Syndrome." In my opinion, they all deserved all the coverage they got and more. The problem is that Native American, Black, Latina and Asian women and men kidnapped/killed before and after these cases got zero media coverage. That's why you see Black people protesting: they have to do for themselves what media and police systems do for many White people. Be careful of resenting the effects unless you want the same cause: The people who critique as getting these high-noticed funerals--George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Tyre Nichols--were murdered by people connected to law enforcement; the felon in Eliza Fletcher's sad case was a common criminal who law enforcement pursued and caught--with help from some who knew him. Ironically, if systems had taken Black people's earlier complaints against him seriously, he would have been off the streets. Tennessee has a long history of ignoring certain crimes, far back to when it was still called "The Territory South of the Ohio River." But that's deep history and I don't want to open that can.

Her in car camera recorded her pleading for her life. Also in February 2022 Christina Lee an Asian American age 34 was stabbed to death in her NYC apartment by a Black male who was trying to rape her. Linda Frickey a 73 year old White female was carjacked in New Orleans in March of 2022 by 4 Black teenagers(3 females, 1 male). The 17 year old Black male maced her as she sat in her car(neighborhood cctv video captured this) yanked her out of and beat her to the ground with his fists. Mrs. Frickey died when her arm -- which got entangled in the seatbelt -- was ripped from her body as she was dragged down the street. Eliza Fletcher a 34 year old White female was raped and murdered by a Black male career criminal ex convict in Memphis Tennessee in September 2022. Eleanor Bowles age 77 stabbed to death in her car garage during a car jacking in Georgia by a 20 year old Black male on December 13 2022. Keri Riebel a 22 year old White female -- and married less than 3 months -- was working at a Dollar Tree Store in Columbus Ohio on January 1 2023 when a 27 Black male came in with a machete and hacked her to death. Six murdered women(5 White, 1 Asian American) all murdered by Black males in less than 11 months. We ALL know if any of them had been Black and the murderers White the Black community would've been rioting and looting and demanding 'racial justice' And as for your contention that Eliza Fletcher's murder and funeral were covered by the media on the same scale as Tyre Nichols is a blatant lie. Did the V.P. of the United States attend her funeral?? Or Reverends Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson or Attorney Benjamin Crump?? Right. Not one media outlet -- and you can Google it -- mentioned her race, or the race of the other 5 victims I named above, or the race of who killed them all. Yet the media had no problem identifying George Floyd's race, or Ahmaud Arbery's or Breonna Taylor's race or the race of who killed them. Right. And your going to try and tell me otherwise when I know better?? The double standard perpetrated by both the media and the Black community is indeed egregious. It is only making race relations worse in the long run. It is actually creating more racists.

I’m biracial. The story I’m about to tell happened in the summer when I was significantly darker and I had braids in my hair. I was with a friend of mine. Black male. We had recently graduated high school and were just riding around town. We came to a traffic light and seen a cop car sitting stopped on red as we came thru the green light I said “I wonder if Russell is in that car you know he’s a cop now.” He was a reallllyyyy funnny goof ball we went to school with. He said “can you imagine Russell as a cop” and we both laughed all this happened while we were both looking in the direction of the cop car. The cops blew the red light they were sitting at and pulled up behind us full lights and sirens. We pulled into the convenience store parking lot and within 1 min were surrounded by 5 cop cars. Including the car that we initially laughed in the direction of that had 2 cops in it. When they approached us one on each side. The cop on my friends side (drivers side) told him he saw us laughing at them and that my friends car “fit the description of a robbery” that’d just happened so that’s why he stopped us.

When will states pass laws to create statewide law enforcement internal affairs units, and a special prosecutor's office that only prosecutes corrupt cops, like much of the rest of the world has? This allowing them to investigate themselves DOES NOT WORK. Local prosecutors know that if they come down too hard on cops in their district, cops won't show up for testimony, so the local prosecutor can't close cases.

Breaking the law has never been necessary for being harassed, assaulted, arrested, or murdered. Welcome to the dark side of America people like me have endured Decades of abuse. I have learned that my presence in public is probable cause of a crime. It changes you when you start to realize getting a great education and even having an FBI security clearance provides no insulation from the abuse. The psychological damage is done incrementally over time. You eventually get to the point where you just don't want to come outside.

I tried to report one incident and for the following week they parked outside of my house to let me know they do knew where I lived. Out of all these incidences it was only once I was arrested. They were so sure I had a criminal record. I could hear them plotting to charge me with an unsolved murder. When they realize that I had never been arrested before murder was a bridge too far. They had to do something because I was already in jail so they decided to charge me with felony threat against a police officer. It is a very serious felony that requires no evidence other than the policeman's word. How damn convenient. I hired an attorney because I had to report the incident to the Secret Service. As a result of the arrests I lost my security clearance and the access to some of America's most secure facilities. I had built my business on access to these facilities. I did get an attorney but in the two years that it took for me to drag them in the court my business was destroyed. It took two years to get them to court and about 5 minutes for me to make a fool out of them. All charges were dropped and I received a small settlement. It should have been more but it is my belief that my attorney sold me out. I can't count the number of times I've been detained for everyday activities. Standing in my front yard, carrying a briefcase, reading a book in the park were all considered suspicious activities. Surprisingly the times that I was beating they turn me loose when I didn't resist or even give them the satisfaction of a grunt. I have been punched, had combat boots stomping at my face, and slammed into a brick wall. I have a black belt and I had learned how to absorb a punch. I refuse to cry out or ask stupid questions like why are you doing this to me. Surprisingly my silence unnerved them and they let me go. It seems that begging and crying and calling for your mother inspires them to Greater acts of violence. I could see the look on their faces change from Feeding Frenzy to deep concern when they didn't get the desired response. I've always been an entrepreneur and work for myself. Just like the former slaves who in less than a decade out of slavery were entering the middle class. The former slaves proved that if you get a great education and work hard you can achieve anything in America in less than a decade. That is provided you can successfully navigate the racist Minefield without being damaged. Eventually, the psychological damage from not knowing when or where I was going to be attacked caused me to become reclusive. My chiseled physical features was like a magnet. The Assumption was I was a recent release from federal penitentiary where the inmates workout all day and eat three starting meals. They come out of prison looking like NFL players. I have been a division 1 College athlete and maintained my athletic appearance all my life. I was able to make a living by constructing another business that didn't require me to go outside everyday. That progressed into not going outside at all if it wasn't absolutely necessary. The minute I stepped outside my door I could be detained. Living in one of the biggest houses in a predominantly White neighborhood was more than enough probable cause. Sadly enough I became even more reclusive. I purchased a rental property and lived off of the rental income and when covid hit that was a convenient excuse for me to stop going out at all. Constant abuse over decades left me broken psychologically and financially. Since The Compromise Of 1877 the police have always been the tip of the Spear of racism in America. Their primary purpose was to undermine and Destroy black progress and in my case they accomplished their mission. I do feel fortunate that I live to tell about it and that I can make it to the grocery store and back home again.
