Okay let me help you out a bit. There are to amazing diets out there now. But they are both hard to the average human being. For me? It's easy. One if Keto and the other is Intermittent fasting. There is plenty of information online. Find what you like. Keto if you want things fast, intermittent if you want things progressive. Both work. Keto is 5 times harder that's it. All the information is out there. Just have to look. See BeerBiceps and Hodge twins for either one.

@hollychamberlain4759
@hollychamberlain4759 7 жыл бұрын
One woman did raise a really good point though: people don't realize how privileged the Kardashians are when it comes to diet/fitness. It's NOTHING for Kim to drop $7 of a piece of salmon for ONE meal. But for the average person that is DAMN pricey. Also, the Kardashians have access to probably some of the best personal trainers in the world. We can't expect to exactly imitate the way the Kardashians do these things because they have so much more money. Where there's a will there's a way, and by all means we should try our best to be healthy. But there's only so much we can do.

True but I think just having money doesn't automatically mean being really fit and healthy, there's plenty of overweight celebs out there. Rob Kardashian is a perfect example, im sure he could use all of Kim's resources and diets and personal trainers, but in the end it's about an individual's self discipline and willpower, which we can't take away from Kim considering she had 2 kids. But you're right, if I had that money i'd be having a 6pac by now XD

While being wealthy doesn't mean to be fit inmediately, it means you have people you can pay to cook for you at the time you need, or to go to the grocery store and buy all the things for your diet, also, it means you can afford a personal trainer to go and motivate you about going to the gym... that's the difference, so, for me, it means a lo more to lose weight when you don't have all those privileges.

Jfff Hfff You don't have to stop eating gluten unless you react badly to it. Eat rice and noodles if you want to. What matters is the calorie deficit. Also the less junk food & processed food you eat, the better. But even if you eat that every now, it's okay.

Kennedy Bushart They definitely shouldn't have focused as much on the weight as they did, but the percentage of body fat is a good number to look at. For instance, as people start to eat healthy and workout, they might lose fat but gain muscle. Their weight could go up, but their body fat percentage would still go down. So weight is definitely not the best indicator.

Liposuction only removes a small amount, it can lead to shock if too much is removed, and the recovery is difficult. It isn't meant for huge weight loss, or to be done regularly. Any other cosmetic procedures they have are unrelated to weight. Rich people having cosmetic procedures is very common. Even regular women, especially if they are over 30 are likely to have Botox and/or fillers. Nothing wrong with people having work done.

I really hate videos like this that make getting in shape and weight loss seem like an expensive and a complicated process. No, it is not crucial for you to shop at wholefoods and to have a personal nutritionist in order to get in a better shape, it does not have to be complicated and expensive, you really just need to follow a few simple rules. Anyone can do it and we shouldn't be scaring people from doing it by making it seem like an impossible mission for the average person.

Burn more calories than you consume, it does not matter what foods you eat or do not eat and how you burn those calories, and count your calories right. The most common mistake that people make is that they overestimate how many calories they burn and underestimate how many they consume.

Michelle, the point is that she may have lost however many pounds of fat, however, say five of those pounds were cancelled out by muscle. Gaining muscle is going to increase your weight a lot faster than fat, because a cube of muscle weighs more than a cube of fat. The tissues are a lot denser.

The problem is they will go back to normal if they don't keep up the full routine. Stars prep for a photo shoot or a movie that takes a few months to film, then (mostly) go back to normal. That energy the girls feel will fade soon; it's only around when the diet is new (first feel tired, then energy, then nothing). This is a 4 week health-boost, not an everyday plan for eating.

Sydney Gidman As someone with EDNOS, I have to say that if you hide behind your disorder, you're just going to continue suffering and never recover. Eating healthily and exercising a regular amount is key to recovering from an eating disorder. Of course, no one should be forced to do something they're not ready to, but I'm pretty sure she volunteered.

Angelofthursday 99 It's not that muscle weights more. Muscle is more dense/compact than fat. A pound of muscle just takes up less space than a pound of fat. A small looking muscular person can potentially weight more than a larger looking person who has less muscle and more fat.

Yeah! I was just talking to my gym trainer, he gave a full, in-depth explanation on why their musculature shows their bodies are not naturally-built through exercise and they're likely to keep it through more surgery in general. I mean, they do work out, but they don't owe their physics to exercise and diet lol, which i think, is important to clarify, without being judgmental towards them, that such bodies are not reachable for the average girl who may not have 500k to spend on all those surgeries, and keep goals realistic.

I put on muscle like gangbusters when I start working out, and I have definitely experienced gaining weight when I start eating right and exercising because of this. Seems like Michelle is a muscle-gainer like myself, which is not a bad thing. Excellent job!

andrea don't do this diet, there were so less carbs, every cell needs energy provided by carbs, so essentially all they did was is that they had lost water weight from there muscles, which had made them look skinnier, but when they start eating again they are simply going to gain that weight back again and so quickly which could lead them gaining more weigh than there origional weight.Exess carbs help with digestion, which is going to help you achieve a flat stomach, so what's the point of restricting your calouries? Exactly there is none, just eat healthy and you'll be fine.

diego kjaria unfortunately that is very dependent on where you live big cities in US and Europe won't have healthy living being cheaper mainly because unless you eat only specific vegetables day out and in they will be same prize as fast food. This is by far so sad to see because their loss is beautiful YET it doesn't address how UNREAL these diets are. To cut out sugars and carbs is unrealistic. Our bodies NEED carbs to produce energy. In fact it needs carbs, fats, and proteins to do so. I lost 80 lbs over 2 year span and I didn't spend $150 a week to do it. Yeah they got results but it doesn't last forever when you do it to that extreme. I also want to point out what many people already posted that there is a HUGE mental proponent to losing weight and or dealing with body dysmorphia and this video does not address that. Instead we have women and young women who are unsatisfied with their bodies and see this thinking this is what is going to help them and its not. I just hope that if anyone wants to change their weight do it for you... not to be a kardashian or anyone else but being you, being healthy, and being happy.

For women with pcod like me it's absolutely necessary to be dairy, gluten and sugar free. Along with avoiding processed foods. So it really isn't that unrealistic for me and many other women around the world.

I think one of the biggest problems is the mental component. Some people think that an extreme diet - the sort that will allow you to drop ten or more pounds in a month - is some kind of solution. It's not. Rarely can people do something like this and make it last. I've done things like this before (the Velocity Diet, where you pretty much only have fiber and fish oil and whey protein for four weeks) and it's neat when a month of work gets you some real, visible results. But truly lasting results aren't a thing that you do for a month, they are a way that you live for life. @xodaniee, I'm betting that your day-to-day diet and overall lifestyle looks very different now than it did when you started your journey.

I enjoyed this video. Shows its not easy to change your diet, but its beneficial. Its a process and people need to start gaining control over their lives and working towards a healthier inner self. Mentally and physically.

Interesting that the girls with Hashimoto seems to have stuck to her diet more than the others. She must be used to following prescriptions, having tried in the past to balance her diet to manage her illness. Consistency is key (saying this to myself)

This really isn't an extreme diet. I think it was a little bit dramatised because you know.. it is an entertainment channel. It was just cutting out things which were pretty well known to be generally bad for health. He didn't particularly target weight loss - it was definitely more targeted towards simply eating healthy. It was the girl's own mental states that targetted weight loss rather than the diet itself. What worries me is their dramatisation may have caused them to exaggerate to themselves how hard the diet was, which would defs make it harder to maintain

Eh. I've been eating Paleo for a few years and have yet to experience life changing results. I was thinner and fitter a few years ago when I ate mostly whatever I wanted.. until I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's like the girl in the video, put on like 20 lbs, switched to Paleo and work out regularly and haven't been able to lose a POUND. 😩
@Bloxeh
@Bloxeh 6 жыл бұрын
Paleo is good in the regards of dropping processed foods and eating lots of greens, not so much in regards of meat consumption. Red meat is a class 2 carcinogen. Chicken is the food containing most salt in the US. Fish is highly contaminated - regardless of farmed or wild. They all have high levels of saturated fat. They all contain IGF1, which triggers growth in the body, which is bad when you are already fully grown, since it can lead to cancer growth. They also have cholesterol, which the human body doesn't need from diet, we produce all cholesterol we need. Meat has no fiber, which is important for so many things, including getting toxins out of the body and also helping with feeling full. 30g fiber a day is the minimum recommended amount, americans eat around 15 on average. I'm no expert, but that's good things to inform yourself about (not directed at anybody in particular). NutritionFacts.org is a cool website to get started. It's a free website, analyzing interesting studies in a fun (at least I think so) way. All the best!

I like that they talk about body fat percentage, but I think it would be even better to also show muscle mass. Many of these women were already very healthy, but clearly work out, so a large part of their overall weight was muscle I'm curious to know how much, if any, muscle mass was lost over the course of the month. Less carbs mean less energy, which could equate to less gym time. Bottom line, working with a professional, even if it's just one or two sessions is SO helpful, if only to see your overall weight in a different and more healthy way.

Eventhough was great watch people who doesn't have a pretty good idea of a good diet they center on how much they weight and that's the problem, the most important thing to be healthy is your body composition: body fat %, muscle mass and visceral fat. And also you can eat healthy without spending 100 usd per week. I've been in a "diet" for more than 2 years and I've never stopped to hanging out and enjoying the time, I drink (alcohol) sometimes without problem. Actually is easier to prepare your meals for the day or week, because when you're at work and everyone is in a hurry because of the short time that you have to eat, all the places are so full, the delivery service take a lot of time, etc etc etc at the end you ended with a few minutes to eat and go back to work BUT on the other hand when you prepare your meals you have all the time to eat and enjoy it and you can have time to relax a little bit after eat and the go back to work; it's pretty nice I have to say

Michelle stress about the none weight loss. I was going to the gym and my scale doesnt budge. My personal trainer calms me down that scale isnt about everything because when I tried to measure, I lost 10% fat and my tummy reduces by 5cm. So my fat is replaced by muscle, I already hit the balance weight. So THERE IS NO NEED TO WORRY if your scale wont budge because every effort and control pays off in the end ^^
