I'm back with Episode 3 of Real Revolutionaries, by series on Irish Women in History with a profile on the marvelous Margaret Skinnider.
Margaret was born in Scotland in 1892 to Irish parents and was one of the lead snipers during the Easter Rising in 1916. She was also a very involved activist for women's rights, labour rights, and general all-round badass, and also possibly a gay icon?
