Very simple for me, as a man. I just went to Confession, over and over and over, and that's the most powerful tool I found. Praying for God's Holy Spirit to speak to your heart and lead you is also necessary.

The Lord healed me from my struggle with masterbation. I felt the conviction of the Lord so strong one day and I have kept telling the devil no! Every time I am tempted I shout no, and I pray for the Lord to give me strength! It's such a freeing feeling and immense peace from the presents of God! Thank you, Jesus!

What a powerful and beautiful testimony from Sister Isabelle Maina. It’s not an easy subject to talk about but she spoke about it in such an eloquent and respectful way that she became even more beautiful. It’s amazing how telling the truth about something dark can bring about the light and healing and realizing how merciful our Savior truly is. Love her smile and the joy in her laughs. I pray she continues to speak more about this to women all over the world who can relate. I loved when she sang (she has a beautiful voice) and said satan’s downfall for your life can become your greatest victory. That really resonates with me in another way because I grew up very anxious and afraid of everything (including illness) and the enemy knew that and used that against me. But somehow God’s grace in the recent years (I turned to the faith and my heart became on fire for the Lord) pulled me close to him and Our Lady and many saints and when illness hit me like a tidal wave a year and a half ago I was given this profound peace and strength that I can only explain as divine and supernatural and it helped me walk through my illness journey. Although it was difficult and I had my moments of worry and despair, It proved to me that God is real and he hears every single prayer and loves us so much. May God continue to bless Sister Isabelle and Cameron for this wonderful podcast and for this talk 🙏🏼

My brother, I was there for many years, more than 30 with m and at least 15 with p. The only way I was able to free myself from that was not through my own strength, I put myself in God's arms and prayed to Him to help me, I asked Him to give me the strength to stop offending Him and to stop sinning. He listened to me, one day did my last m and has been like 5 years now, stopped watching p that same day. Some days are difficult and falling I click on KZfaq videos of girls dressed not very modestly but not into the deep stuff. Every day is struggle, but every day God is there to take your hand and help you out of the mud. Pray, pray, pray. Daily rosary is a must, 2, 3 or even 4 or 5 even better. In exchange I have so much peace in my soul and can take communion. Pray this prayer all day with everything you do: God, please help me for everything I do be for your greater glory.

What a beautiful conversation. This was so insightful and needed for many of us in today’s age 💗 thank you so much for sharing this. Would you be able to do a similar ep about body dysmorphia or binge eating? I’ve been struggling since last year accepting the truth that inner beauty is what God looks for, not how you physically look or if you’re “pretty” by society’s standards. Thanks to God, I’ve been healing and getting closer to him but there are still moments of weakness where I wish my body looked better, etc. either ways, I think this particular topic needs to be addressed since so many women go through it. But God’s love is greater and I know that he loves me no matter what

Porn it's like a sneaky ninja, creeping into your life and turning things upside down. Personally, it took me to some dark places. We're talking full-on sexual sadist mode, enjoying scenes that would make a horror movie blush. I'm talking about women getting slapped around, whipped, and flogged like they're auditioning for "Fifty Shades of Grey" on steroids. So, to you, if you think porn is all about empowerment, think again. It's not a step forward; it's a nosedive into some pretty dark places. Thank you. I've been in this struggle since I was very young and have such conviction but I still did it. "Normalize" may be the wrong word but knowing I am not alone in this really helps me to talk to the Lord about it. I suppose you can say I'm not embarrassed by it anymore. So I thank you!

Pray the Rosary my brothers and sisters even if you are not Catholic as Mary is a powerful intercessory and her 15 promises of Grace hold true helping me to defeat my 15 year long porn and masturbation addiction as a man on Divine Mercy Sunday last year in Easter on 2023 when praying to her and Jesus both for help.

Thankyou sister for your story. Mine is something similar to yours. As A child I was not good with my studies as my brothers were, this brought on feelings of being unappreciated, rejected, and being unloved, not to mention acts of mockery, as a way to get me to do better in my studies. It was this that drove me to acts of masturbation to escape being made to feel unloved, unappreciated, and mocked. The use of pornography began when I got older into my teens about 11-12 years of age after my mother passed away but it also began as a sense of curiosity which ultimately fed to my addiction of masturbation. This treatment from my father occurred everyday after school having difficulties with my homework my father would tell me "if you don't umprove in your studies you won't succeed in life." This began when I started school. From the age of 5 till 11 although this was happening I could always go to my mother for comfort, she died at the age of 11 and this continued between my father and I for another 4-5 years without any emotional support. So for 10 years I was made to feel unappreciated unloved rejected and mocked by my father because I could not fulfil his expectations in my studies, as my brothers did. Because of that, my brothers had the father / son relationship that I never had with my father. In all my working years totalling to 45 years most of them were spent out of work for having been made to feel not good enough, since I was not good with my studies. Once again thankyou for your story sister, please pray for me to stop with my addiction of porn and masturbation. God Bless

I'd very much like to give my testimony of how God healed me from the spirit of lust. I had been struggling with it for many years and I was very eager to get rid of it but no matter how hard I tried, I always failed and fell into it again, I would have some success for a couple of months but relapsed soon enough, but last year I noticed how the temptations, I would have had so frequently, just stopped. I truly believe that God intervened to help me overcome it once and for all. I'd like to give all thanks, adoration, praises, glory and honour to our triune God. Hallelujah. Maranatha 🙏✝️😊

Lust is a very subtle vice - you may have overcome the gross form of lust, that's the easy part, however the subtle form of body consciousness as oppose to soul consciousness is far deeper. Its like dissolving clay in a bucket of water, yes the gross clump of clay is gone, has it disappeared? no it's just changed its form into muddy water. Likewise with the vice of lust, it becomes sneaky in order to deceive you. Vices are like passions, they will transcend their form and find another outlet like food, judgments etc. The key is to have all your passions dried up, desire-less, because its the desire which is the disease.

I’m confused sister and have a genuine question , God made us human with all kinds of needs within our body. Married couples fulfil that need together , what about so many of us who are single for different reasons in this life, how do we not masturbate ( not speaking about porn here ) how do we not deal with our own sexual urges ? While married people get to? I’m really confused with why masturbation is wrong and if it’s not used as an addiction but just a way out of our own bodily needs too

For very many years l have been really trying to overcome pornography and masturbation. Many times on KZfaq these pictures of real sexy voulupteous women in bikinis and very suggestively dressed women in provocative lustful poses pop up. Even porn pictures pop up. These women have tremendous sexual power over us men. Sometimes it's very hard to overcome.For very many years l have been praying believing and trusting the Lord to help me keep pressing onto more and more total deliverance freedom and overcoming victory over these addictions and holding onto the wonderful truths and promises of God's word. God willing l believe the Lord will help us both find and have each other in our lives in the near future in the right way place and time Amen. God bless you both for your video talk show.

I struggled with hypersexuality and was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder. I take psychiatric medicine and that has taken my craving for sex away. I was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. So maybe people struggling with hypersexuality are mentally ill.

That's where I attended Mass too but after seeing Peter Dimond's content a decade ago I knew that I had to become a sedevacantist for I couldn't reconcile the post-Vatican II ecumenism with the pre-Vatican II fervor. This speech of Pope Pius XII just a few years before Vatican II reinforces this fact. The fact that you people believe that Jesus was unmarried (a 1st century Jewish man unmarried -- why would that possibly be the case? unless of course he was an Essene and lived with the Baptist out in the desert), did not use prostitutes, AND did not whack off is fascinating to me. What's even more fadcinating is that you believe that he somehow prohibited self- gratification. But of course you might not be thinking of the actual guy Yeshua but of the character 'risen Christ' Paul and Barbabas invented in which case Paul was unmarried but only because there was something physically wrong with him and, yes, he does not want people to marry, have sex, or masturbate, which makes clear in his letters.
