Recently, the BJP led government has approved Women’s reservation bill which will provide 33% reservation in the parliament and state assemblies. But there are few political parties who are expressing their concern over representation of sc, st and obc women. Many political parties are demanding quota within quota.

India has made significant progress, rising from 135th (in 2022) to 127th out of 146 countries in the report's 2023 edition, indicating an improvement in its ranking. India's neighbours Pakistan ranked at 142, Bangladesh at 59, China at 107, Nepal at 116, Sri Lanka at 115 and Bhutan at 103.22-Jun-2023

dear drishti, may be you have mistakenly written that ther are 82 Mps in LS and 31 MPs in RS in your monthly magazine , but in actually there is only 78 MPs in LS and 24 MPs in RS. Therefore if you made this wrong then correct it or if i have any misunderstood then please correct me with explanation.
