That's called being skinny and not having as much of a shape, really helps clothes to look good because they don't have to work as hard to hide boobs and not cause muffin tops etc. This is why designers prefer their models to look like they've survived the holocaust.

eve t Yeah the joke at the end was necessary for comedic effect. This way it didn't look like I somehow agreed catwalk models should look like that. And plus it's true and you know it lol. Also my grandmother is Jewish, she was in the French resistance during WWII when the Germans invaded France. So you don't really get to tell me what to say and what jokes I can and can't make. I apologise you're so easily offended. My granny is 96 and literally has a better sense of humour than you. But I guess I should expect that from the comments of a Buzzfeed video... 😂

Veronika Pavlova let's say there are more white women hence people will refer them as their haircolor to avoid confusion, where as yb is literally the only asian u can see in the video so it's not bad to call her that since she is asian. Nika's Words I think she uses either coconut oil (which helps lessen their appearance in most cases) or coco butter which is great for stretch marks if theyre a concern for you ^^ theres also a massage cream made specifically for stretch marks although I dont know where all its sold

Actually, if you ain't the norm, getting away with cheap quality is hard--regardless of size. I barely fill out an A-cup and only weigh about 115 lbs at 5'4. I can't get cheap Target swimsuits or suits from any basic store. I have to go to Lands End (which can run me $50 per suit) in order to get a high-enough quality that actually fits my body. (Like, honestly, Lands End is the _only_ place I can get a bikini that compliments my petite proportions and actually makes me borderline hot. I have an athletic-style bikini from them, and I always get tons of compliments and double-takes! My basic bikini from them isn't as much of a head-turner, but the girls are secure without gapping and the bottom fits nice and snug.)

My question is why can’t amazon (or any other online company selling 2 piece swim suits) have the option to buy the top and bottom in separate sizes? I don’t personally struggle with this but I know so many people do.

This. It's why I liked shopping on the Venus Swimwear website, because you could buy the tops and bottoms separately. The tops still don't run big enough, though (fine for me, but not for someone like Sheridan).

Check out herroom.com - they sell tops and bottoms separately and have a really expansive size range. They can be a little pricey but to get a suit that fits you perfectly? I think it's worth it!

I have the same issues the larger women had in this video. Its unfortunate that designers think to make something plus size means you just have to make it bigger. Plus sized women have different body shapes than lower sized women. As a plus sized woman with large breasts, it is so frustrating that designers don't get that. If they did, it wouldn't be so difficult for me to find tops, bathing suits and dresses that are flattering and fit well.

Agreed! I've got the disadvantage of being plus-sized but also really short, so I have the option of buying a dress that is my height but way way way too tight, or buying a dress that fits me size-wise, but essentially covers me from forehead to toenails. More designers need to understand that you can't just take a size 6 and up every measurement of it by 5, 10, 20 inches. That's not how the human body is designed.

Dark Empress I’m a skinny girl and I look terrible in swim wear. I have no boobs, so it looks bad in a 2 piece. I have no butt and no thighs almost, so the bottoms will be super loose or fall off. A 1 piece makes me look like a wooden board. Being skinny isn’t better or going to automatically make you look “good”. I wish I was bigger.

That was plus-sized. Designers just have no clue what they're doing with plus-sized clothing. They seem to think they can design an outfit for a size 6 woman and then just stretch it in every direction by the same amount, and somehow expect that to properly fit any human body.

Fat may be very unattractive to most guys, but this girl has zero boobs and a flat saggy butt, and her face looks like a pan. Guys don't want to bone a fence either... There are non obese women who look great like Selena Gomez, Jennifer Lawrence, you know, attractive women who arent fat or flat like a twelve year old.
