Find a man who says "I love you" with as much love as how Steve Trevor proclaims his love for Diana . Like there are so many movies who had characters said "I love you" but this one was just so raw and real. How he said those 3 words alone made me cry😢😢😢

I was silently sobbing in the theater during this part. So much so that the Ares fight was literally a blur the first time I saw the movie.

I kind of saw his death coming just because the movie took place in like 1918 and he would've died eventually, but it still hurt. Especially because she couldn't really hear his goodbyes, and they hardly got any time together. If they pair her up with someone else in the next movies I'm gonna be so pissed. It would make everything they gave us with her and Steve feel less impactful, and would really make her less powerful and independent and make her seem like just a love interest. Steve was the love of her life, and she doesn't need to be in love with one of the male superheroes to be an interesting character.

The fact that he left and she couldn't hear him and thought of the conversation again and realised what just happened is heart breaking

What I love about this movie is that it has that old-fashioned spectacle feel. It's not always realistic, it's very cheesy at times, but it's all a part of the movie's character and it still carries a powerful message. And with that old-fashioned dramaticness it offers a very cathartic feeling in the end. It might have cheesy parts, but it has more heart than any other superhero movie in years.

Without Steve, Diana would’ve been a villain tbh. She would’ve killed those people and joined Ares but then she remembered Steve

At the end I was crying for literally 20 mins. Steve is probably not dead...you never saw him shoot the gun and die, he could have jumped out.. AND he was bathing in the fountain of youth so he would not age and he would look the same so he could still be alive😌
