I grew up with the superfriends Wonder Woman in the 70s , there is when I realized that was the cheetah's first television appearance as well as her arch enemies in 78s challenge of the superfriends. There is when I became crazy on seeing the two battle.

I think you made one mistake in the DC Super Hero Girls there were 2 shows, shorts and some cross over. originally the shorts developed by Lauren Faust were called super best friends forever for a DC contest ran on Cartoon Network in 2013. She came in second losing to Teen titans Go. Warner saw the appeal of an all girl cast and ran a very Cookie cutter Show Called the DC Superhero Girls in 2015 but the show lacked heart and was ultimately given to Faust to Remake. Which she did 2019! Giving us this version of DC Superhero Girls which is criminally underrated. The stories are amazing, Dianna and all the girls are truly some of most positive reps for girls in media I've seen in a long time. I highly recommend you check it out.

For those with little girls. The DC Superhero Girl series that ran for about 5 years, had graphic books written by Shea Fontana, young adult novels, Lego series movies, and a few full length features on top of the web shorts on KZfaq. These were great. Highly recommended

The final season of “super friends” was called The Super Powers Team : Galactic Guardians. It was a different take on the characters based more on the toy line sold at the time. The series was a little edgier, featuring the death of Superman and Cyborg joining the team, years before the comics depicted it, the first animated depiction of Batman’s origin with Diana in a supporting role and some really good Wonder Woman moments including a Steve Trevor centered episode. I love Nerdwire but I wish you guys had covered this one series.

My favorite would probably be Justice League n Unlimited. Grew up with those versions of her so that was my baseline for all the characters.

I love the live action films, but I wouldn't mind an animated show with her in it...

Susan Eisenberg is the the absolute BEST voice for WW. She played her in justice league and JLU and a few video games. She brought the best voice work to Wonder Woman.

My favorite animated representations of her character are the 2009 Wonder Woman movie, the version from Death of Superman and Bloodlines, Red Son, New Fronteer. Looks-wise, the 1988 Superman episode and the 2009 movie are my favorite animated designs of her! I think Superman 1988 is the prettiest version! All she needs is longer hair and to be a little tanner.

This is a great list and a good job putting it all together. However, you did leave out one of my favorite cartoons of the 80’s. The Galactic Guardians Super Powers Team from 1985. Basically a Challenge of the Superfriends with a tad older audience, pre teen etc. Darker stories like Batman revisiting his parents killed in crime alley. They had a popular toy line of all the DC characters.

Yeah... You missed several more years of Super Friends. The other half of the Legion of Doom series (which was still the main 5 and the twins); "The World's Greatest Super Friends" in 1979; the seasons which were again just called "The Super Friends" that ran from 1980-82 (with a third season that didn't air in the U.S.) and were two 12 minute episodes with a random assortment of most of the main 13 Super Friends; "Super Friends: the Super-Powers Show" which introduced Firestorm; and "Super Powers: Galactic Guardians" which introduced Cyborg. You basically missed from 1980-1986.

WW Bloodlines was the most emotionally-appealing feature. It had just the right amount of drama and tear-jerking scenes.

The live action movie was good, but the animated one had just about everything the live action one did, and did it first and did it better - better Ares, better Hypolita and Amazons, better Steve Trevor, better action, etc. I bet you can't grab the Golden Lasso Of Truth and tell me I'm wrong.

Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman are the big three of the JL, yet only two of them have their own series. Can you guess which one of three doesn't have their own animated show yet? :) You guessed it. It makes no sense and I hope she still gets one, she deserves it, but I'm not holding out hope. She's my favorite superhero, a huge role model for me, partly because I want to start bodybuilding, but she doesn't get as much respect as the other two does.

As much as I loved the 2001 Justice League cartoon, it is responsible for a few cardinal sins in regards to the Princess Diana of Themyscira. A few of which have reared their ugly heads in the 2017 live-action film. First, they made her a thief in the night. She did not win the tournament of skill and honor amongst her Amazon sisters, she stole the spoils: the Armor of the Champion and Hestia's Lasso of Truth. Second, she was made into a runaway from home. She was not the champion of her people and their ambassador to Patriarch's World. Specific to the JL cartoon, she initially had a very negative outlook and attitude towards men, which was wholly uncharacteristic of her more optimistic and trusting nature. When she decided to return home, she was shown concocting LIES to cover her disappearance from Themyscira. One last unfortunate thing that the JL cartoon did was plant the seed of her having actually had a father instead of being sculpted from the island's clay and given life and boons from the Gods of Olympus. The cartoon insinuated that Queen Hippolyta had slept with Hades, the God of the Underworld. This evil seed would grow into a most -foul weed when the NEW52 era of comics was launched, where she was made to be yet another of a millennia-long line of bastard children of Zeus. The sculpted-from-clay origin was made into a lie in order to protect her from the wrath of Hera.
