There are several factual inaccuricies in this video, the biggest of which is concerning Gorilla Fist. If you had done the proper research, you would know that So The Drama was intended as the original series finale. Which means every other season 3 episode would have occurred before this, including Gorilla Fist. You would also know that Disney was notorious for airing episodes out of order. *Several* season 3 episodes had yet to air when So The Drama was broadcast, but they all would have taken place chronologically before the movie. Ron didn’t tell Yori about his and Kim’s "relationship upgrade" in Gorilla Fist because there was nothing to tell. Them becoming a couple didn’t happen until So The Drama, which again, came *after* Gorilla Fist. Episode air dates are a woefully inaccurate method of determining episode continuity. And a final kicker, Gorilla Fist was included as a bonus episode on the So The Drama DVD release. I think I’ve made my point.

I think looking at how shows are made, how varied the plots of totally spies was, I don't think every episode was intended to be fetish fuel. I think them in sexy outfits was intentional but them getting transformed wasn't. Creators who have these tend to be specific, like if they were into muscles, they'd want multiple episodes of the girls getting ripped. As well as how tv writing is collaborative, ideas can be shot down and I doubt everyone would be comfortable writing out sexy scenarios in fiction.

Pink Diamond is supposed to represent a kid. She is diamond but she does not act like a Diamond, she’s not cold and stern like the others. She’s immature, playful, and loving. That’s why what she wanted as a Diamond and she said didn’t matter to Blue, Yellow, or White. As she was constantly getting ignore and overlooked, never taken seriously because she was never serious. She was always playing with her pearl or throwing parties. If she messed up or made a mistake the Diamonds would like her in a dark tower (which is abuse, rebecca has said if gems are in darkness too long bad things happen). When she asked for a colony it’s because she wanted to finally feel like a Diamond. She saw what they did and wanted to do just that because well she’s a Diamond too. When she broke her Pearl it was never intentional, as she threw a tantrums a lot. (call back to the song familiar, it says “she used to throw tantrums insisting hey i’m a Diamond too.) When she left behind Spinel it’s not cause she wanted to more so because she had too. When given the colony she was to act like a Diamond, meaning she had to grow up and leave behind her immature and playful persona and be a lot more mature. (also it’s just no way she could’ve brought Spinel without getting in trouble by the diamonds or when back for her). Her growing up means leaving behind the things that make her immature, that mainly being Spinel. She has colony and she can’t spend her days playing with Spinel and goofy around. When seen how she was neglected by the Diamonds, her subject would’ve never took her seriously either if continued to play with Spinel. Her lying to the others about Bismuth is actually valid and it’s thought through. It’s a time during war, if Bismuth wanted to shatter gems, surely more gems from the rebellion did too. If she’s told them all that happened, some would get mad and side with Bismuth and some wouldn’t have. They could accused Pink of sabotaging the rebellion’s chance of winning. All in all causing a spilt in the rebellion, leading to end of the rebellion and further more problems. However down the line she could indeed have told pearl and garnet. Lastly she never reformed as rose to escape her problems or made steven to escape from her problem. It’s been made clear that rose quarts gives her a since of freedom and as rose quarts she feels as if she can be herself her true self and do what ever she wanted. Also as long as Pink Diamond was around the other Diamonds would take no action in putting an end to the colony. She had Steven because she was excited to be able to make a human. She wanted Steven to be able to be whatever he wanted and do whatever he wanted like how she observed human got to do. She never expected Steven to grow up and take in her problems, quite frankly she probably didn’t even know who was out to get her because she’s been constantly moving around till she met Greg. If anyone is to blame for Steven taking on Rose’s problems it’s Greg. He was never a main part of Steven life. Not allowing him to be able to fully live the life that humans do. He was put in the car if gems who knew little to nothing about humans. As long as he was with the gems he was always going to end up apart of the gem mess. You can’t really blame Rose if she weren’t there. All in all Rose/ Pink has human like behavior, not good, not bad. Each behavioral choice she makes she learns from the last. She learn from her mistakes and hurt people but unintentionally. Sometimes we forget she’s not human where she came from feelings aren’t normalized. especially for her since she’d been neglected for basically ever. she’s going to be oblivious when she hurts people, but that doesn’t mean she meant to do it. At the end of the day she has child like behavior because she is a child who has been forced to grow up and take on adult problems, that of which she didn’t want to do after she realized the consequences of them.
