From Vet`s I have talked with, the Serb./ Bosnian war was truly horrific. Almost like a combo of WWII and Vietnam in one massive engagement. We don`t really hear much about it for some reason. Perhaps because it was so tragic. How humans can hurt one another is beyond belief. Thank you to all of the men and women who tried to bring some justice to those PIFWICS.

Remember when the boondoggle B-1 bomber was shot down by little Serbia on it's first combat mission ever? They dropped the Billion-Dollar Bomb with ancient Soviet-era AA but apologized with a sign at the U.S. Embassy that said "Sorry, we didn't know it was Invisible".

10 years for someone accused of mass murder is an insult to all of the victims and their families. It is basically telling the victims and their families that they don't matter. Both the people who committed the murders and the people who ordered the murders should all get the death penalty.

If the goal was to kill him that could've been done with a couple of men and a weekend. He committed genocide that saw over 10-15 THOUSAND innocent people murdered. Yes, the U.S. and Brits caught fascist war criminals charged with genocide. I don’t know if I would agree that Bosnia Serbs were “always” criminals though, so not sure what you mean there. The criminals were just the ones killing families by ethnic cleansing using paramilitary organizations who then went on to steal their property for profit. Thank god for the goodness of U.N. and NATO. These Bosnian Serb fascists were just like Nazis and very similar to Putin’s authoritarian Russia today.

When the girls sat in my classroom they always sat at the back and stiffened up when I approached them to pass out work. After a few months they relaxed more but I could always see the mark of pain they carried from thier experiences in the war at the hands of the Serbs. The coeback of the Serbs that I talk to is, "But what about the crimes the bosnians comitted?" I say two things, "Who started the whole thing." and "What comes around goes around."

For a war criminal to truly receive justice, international court of justice need to have him executed within 2 years after a guilty verdict, not put him in prison for another 40 years or give him additional day to stay alive after evaded justice for so many years. 😤😤

If only they got 40 years... Most of these "low-level" war criminals get something ridiculous like 12 years and serve only 4 and then get released. It's an insult to all the victims and all those who fought to catch these cocksuckers. So many got released due to the "lack of evidence" and some never even got charged. I don;t see how anyone who gets a "guilty" verdict for committing a war crime could get anything less than a life without parole. I'm usually against the death penalty in regular criminal cases, but in cases like these I'm all for it!

@@robertbauer3419 Yeah, Im a serb watching this, and I'm trying to stay objective as much as possible, if the things they were saying 100% true (witch they are not) than yeah they do deserve to be there, but UN & NATO did nothing against genocie to serbs(from croats for example withc was X4 worse than this if looked at how they did it and by how much they did so), so are they really objective, I'm trying to learn thru both sides, I have dad who fought in one of those wars, but as someonme who is very open minded I watched this whole thing tru, and I can tell you that they somewhat have a right, but no one ever told "our" side of the sotry that is, the side from serbs, im a little bit dissapointed on how people from both sides can jump to conculusions and just say they are right. When 9/11 happend the USA & NATO declared a war on a innocent country, just because it would profit them more than acutally trying to catch who was responsibilie for what happend there. So when you look at something like that, that they are willing their own people hanging for justice like that, then what do you expect from someone who dosent have to do anything with USA & NATO. "War rules" was the primary reason why UN/NATO did this, but than you have a lot more crimes that are war crimes, and guess what, they just decide to ignore that. As I've said, if all of this was 100% true, than yes, serbs who did all of those horrible war crimes deserve to be executed. I don't care if he was my dad, if he did that than he would deserve that, but you can never trust something like that 100% and just jump onto concludios. I won't even say how USA has slaveary, for example ETC. They are "the good guys", and they are seen as those, but they did more war crimes than anyone else, yet when it's somebody else who's doing that, then its a problem. And the primary reason why I'm writting this comment, isn't to spark a flame and lit a fire, it's simeply just because, there is a hate, for us, serbs(yes I'm a 100% Serb) from the UN/NATO members. It's like being racists, and nationalist in the same time, it feels bad, it feels awful, and I just wanna come out here and say, that for most of us people, we didnt do anything wrong, that ALSO applies to most NATO members countires, the people who run these operations, might be wrong, again i dont know i wasnt there when it happend so i cant really tell, however I can tell you that there were a lot of war crimes against us that came 100% unpunished. Again I don't want to hate to anyone, after all we are just people, so why not just spread the love and not hate? So, yeah bascily I just wanted to say that, most people in the world didn't do much wrong. It's like if one black dude out of 1M black dudes did something, should we all just hate that 1M? Well yeah, yk that is how a lot of us serbs feel, and I know you guys helped us as well, so yeah thanks for that, and hopefully one day we can all live piecufly like one united race!

wrong act of valor was terrible unless there's multiple movies called act of valor claiming to be based on & about US Navy SEALs. only one i know was junk & released in 2012. From what I remember of Valor it had nothing to do with war criminals in the same sense its more about trying to get pirates/ terrorists like those operating off somalia or like a new wanna be Bin laudin or a ISIL Bagdaddy type group. I don't remember anything about anything doing about war criminals or genocide in Valor. The only really point of it was it was actually starring active members of real SEAL teams at the time none of whom were obviously named or other security type issues. You have a better comparison with this inspiring part of Behind enemy lines with Owen Wilson &/or one of the episodes of the short lived TV series "the Unit" which took place in one of the block countries & has the Unit helping UN french troops trying to arrest war criminals.

Not revealing his nationality or the sector he was in for 6 months. But the media didn't cover half the crimes and atrocities theses criminals did. One thing i will add, there were crimes committed by both Muslims and Christians orthodox (most of the Serbs) After he came back i noticed the toll he took from seeing all the massacres and constant threat of combat, and we was trained all his life for this, but despite being special forces all his life no man is made of steel.

Your dad is a legend then! And I agree with you, there are crimes committed by all types , religions , ether nice backgrounds etc but yes the crimes agaisnt humanity there during that time was unreal and very lopsided . The vast majority of kills on the other side were in combat fighter on fighter ,..but when one side sends its military to a NATO safe zone becasue 25,000 innocent civilians fled for their lives there for protection and overrun the NATO forces taking all 25,000 to fight their own graves and be executed thsts NOT tolerable or acceptable and never will be. It’s too bad NATO refused to let the US intervene as it got out of control. Mass executions of civilians . Ethnic cleansing should be stood up agaisnt by every county on earth but sadly not enough do.
