For me eating on schedule is very important. I used to feel lightheaded all the time.I have to eat breakfast lunch dinner amd some healthy snack in between even tho I am not feelimg hungry I grab something.

LOL, it’s usually chaos in my Trader Joe’s too here in New Jersey. I also like their their lemon basil pasta salad! I love doing shoulders too in the gym. But I add arms too in the same workout!

Costco pumpkin pie is good way more than 2 days. It has the sell by date on it not a use by date. You still have a few days after that date to eat it.
