Please do not do this. Most of the people interviewing you probably wrote the job requisition. Your resume will get tossed out or you may make it to the interview but never get the job.

Repeat the process 3 times means you have to look for other similar job titles and do same for responsibilities in their JDs. The responsibilities may differ based on size of company, stage of company etc and so if you want to optimise for job title (overall), you'll have to make bullet points for more than just on JD.

Some new ATS systems will throw these out. The same with doing this is white or clear text in super small font at the bottom of your resume.

Algorithms. Alot of these companies use algorithms to go thru applications. Of course, the algorithm is going to push thru people with the resumes that closely match their responsibilities.....yea you still have to go on for a personal interview, but atleast you got 1 foot in the door and got past the algorithm.

Dnt recommend bc you’ll still get it sometimes and not know wtf to do when u get there. Trust bro go for something you know well enough to be an average or slightly below average worker so you can atleast make it to a decent first check 😂

This is not how you do it! The recruiters are not dumb enough to not notice that you have converted all JD points into resume content. Use AI tools to find out skillsets and reword 80% of the JD. A certain process needs to be followed.

I always change the color of the font to white and save as a pdf so they won't see the words.
