hello! Hi everyone, Wesley here. As you may have noticed today we're here in my studio (rather than the kitchen) to FINALLY getting to what I would describe as the single most requested video in the four year history of this channel, which is a dive into the basics of wok cookware. What exactly is a wok? How is it different from a standard frying pan, and most importantly, what exactly do YOU need in your kitchen. Today we'll be answering the long and never ending list of comments asking me "Wesley, what kind of wok is that? And where can I get one for myself?" To which the answer is...a little complicated.
