So happy I found this tutorial. - I didn't run through this tutorial whilst actually setting up the payments yet. But I've watched a bunch of bad tutorials on this subject and this one seems miiiiiles better. Clearly explaining, and showing the screen whilst going along with the steps, amazing!!! Just how a tutorial should be. Never heard of you before Mr Web Squadron, but I am converted! Cheers.

Pretty detailed. Thanks. I’m not running a woocommerce site but for these advanced payments is woocommerce fee based? I don’t suppose anyone has come across a credit card vault option where you tell the client a small charge will be deducted, inform the client inventory needs to be checked first , then retrieve the CC from the vault and apply the full charge?

Yup, WooPayments is via Stripe so attracts 2.9% Fee.

Curious is there a way to make a partial payment in Woocommerce. e.g. say the customer wants to put 50% down but sends a check. Can I record that in WC against invoice #12345, etc.? thx! love your vids

Yes if you use a plugin to collect a deposit.

@@websquadron An full walkthrough on your approach to WooCommerce sites with Elementor + Astra would be so so valuable. At this point I just stick with what you recommend and just can't do otherwise because your advice also turns out to be the best way lol
