WOOD TURNING amazing copper inside beautfull cherry

Wood turning ASMR style a beautiful piece of cherry and putting a copper leaf inside. Its not easy to guild the inside of a hollowform but the sense of light and space that it gives makes it worth it. When the light comes through the window and catches the piece, it just glows with warmth and joy.
I am a woodturner working on the West coast of Ireland. I use wood that I salvage or find or that get blown down in storms, of which we have a lot of. Thank you for this great video. I'm not a wood turner but I find the art fascinating. My first choice of how to relax after a busy day in town is to watch you create an extraordinary piece. Another lovely piece, Richard. The foil inside is always a beautiful touch. I'm pleased to see the silver fork/rake again, I thought it might have been lost in the wood shavings. Keep turning, your work is so unique.

Thank you, it's fun to work with the metallic leaf but you need to seal the inside well, I put 5 coats of shellac before the leaf
