Wow. You slowed me down with the singing chicken, it had enough stuff to carve to get those eyes right. This baby Elephant, has everything, angles turns twists and swoop cuts. Anyone that hasn't carved for a few year ans even a few of them, is going to be challenged on this one. But by galley when they get it right . They will be a better carver. What a beautiful carving. The desire to carve it will win thru. I imagine after carving 4 or 5 of them. Can't wait to start. Ps snuck out early from house remodeling and carved the cat. Wife thought I should have been working on the house , but gave her the cat, she loved it. Thank you for your time my friend.

Again, I JUST LOVE THESE CRITTERS, having finished another egg man(HUMPTY DUMPTY) I will now move on to these wonderful animal, I had a friend come over to keep an eye on me while I used my bandsaw ( I’m an 80% disabled war pensioner so need help as I’m wheelchair bound) Tomorrow begins animal making.
