Hello friends, in this video I show you the complete form of the 108 techniques to the wooden dummy of Tafang Wing Chun. In the next few videos we will cover each section of the form, studying the techniques and strategic principles of movement.
Tafangtao is not a real style, it is a study method that, starting from the solid foundations of the hardest styles derived from Shaolin kungfu (wu xing quan, hung gar, etc.), evolves towards "internal" disciplines through Wing Chun and finally comes to the practice of TaiChi Chuan (taijiquan).
