@@elWieslaw Tam też robią bez butów, spawają bez szybki, a czasem w ciemnych okularach o nie wiadomo jakiej skuteczności !. Już nie wspomnę o mierzeniu na oko. Polecam oglądnąć naprawę pękniętej obudowy dyferencjału !

Every time I watch one of these Asian video's I'm utterly amazed at how filthy their shops are. There are PLENTY !!!!!! of dust collection systems out there and the importance of dust collection cannot be over stated.

У меня в цеху взрывалась древесная пыль, на вытяжке что то замкнуло, очаг, пожарные сказали, оттуда. Крышу вмах подняло. Шифер метров за пятьдесят улетал. По случайности народа не было. А то бы сидел ещё. А тут и шлифуют и обжигают. Везет пока.

У меня мать работала инженером по технике безопасности в леспромхозе помню все заставляла рабочих пыль древесную с балок убирать. Сколько она не объясняла что она взорваться может никто не понимал

Рассказанная Вами история имела место быть без всяких сомнений. Я знаком с расследованиями серьезных взрывов древесной пыли, с большими жертвами. Только вот нарушений правил взрывопожаробезопасности в этой мастерской гораздо больше, чем Вы заметили. Во-первых. А во-вторых - это не производство, а скромная кустарщина. Пожары - будут, а взрывы - очень вряд ли, ну не набирают они пыли на взрыв! Не тянут эти ребята на категорию "А".

Thank you for this instructive video. When watching woodworking, I alway wonder what sort of wood they use. I found out that in Malaysia they use mostly gevea wood, in my region , in Ukraine, we mostly use soft pine wood, buch and oak. Who knows what sort of wood is shown here? Another question: As I see, they use freshly cut wood? Or they keep it for long time to dry in the storage?

I'm not rly sure about the woods used in the vid but in korea, asian elm(other name chinese elm), Chamaecyparis obtusa(hinoki), Quercus dentata(sweet oak), pine are most used woods

@@juan-xy2bo These appear to be enormous pieces of lumber! I was surprised by one guy casually carrying them around. Whatever wood it is, it must be quite light -- not exactly balsa, but like it.

It’s a crappy softwood as evidenced by the cartoonishly oversized dimensions for everything. Nobody is going to use fresh cut lumber for furniture.

When is the wood dried? Or do you use wet wood knowing it will warp after it is sold?

Given the dimensions of the members and the design of the piece, if there is any movemement at all it will be shrinkinge as the moisture content is diminished.
