Woodhouse's Toad Calling and Amplexus (mating behavior)

9 жыл бұрын24-March, 2015 -- Two male Woodhouse's toads (Anaxyrus woodhousii) calling. One male tries to amplex with the other male. Both continue to call. No females in sight. Yes, there is the faint sound of sirens in the back ground, I am in an urban wetland and could not do much about the timing.

1. Many species show homosexual behavior throughout recorded history. 2. You can't "turn" someone gay. 3. Frogs call to attract mates, it's not like the males and females look all that different.
