When I started to lift weights the gym I joined had almost all the equipment made in wood (1968). Time goes and because of the covid all the equipment for sale was sky high prices...what I did? I use the skills learned from my father and I have done a bench, a power rack and a calf machine. Actually working on a adjustable incline bench. Not leaving behind the satisfaction I feel when I said I did it my self. Thanks for shearing. Your skills are awesome.

The color pictures are helpful. After reading a dozen of these types of books, this is probably the best overall (layout, color photos, plans). Only detraction is that many of the projects use a table saw/router/planer, which are usually expensive and take up space, so the plans are less friendly to newcomers and the budget conscious. But I know I can use a drill, circular saw or a jigsaw to make the projects.

thanks for the good job , I like your works and skills , but you need to pay attention to the safety issues , the holes for the declined bench must be deeper of secured by 2 or 3 cm high pieces of wood each , to prevent the thin metal tongue from slipping while lifting heavy weight. and you better support the bench base with extra piece of wood to prevent breaking, thank you for sharing

Многих( да почти все так делают) учу своему приёму.
