Funny, I have started doing the same thing. :) Cutting apart, or out of the middle of stamps, that I don't like (frames, etc) . Saved a few stamps that way because otherwise I would have given them away. Really like the ones I have done so far. nice video and thanks

Hi julie, firstly i would like to say i love listening to you chat while you work...Also i forgot that i used to do this too, i havent done it in a while and you just reminded me, so am gonna go make some LOL and when you mentioned about turning red at school, LOL i did too, but i still do as an adult as well! i get embarrased so easy even if i didnt do anything LOL! Its harder to tell these day with masks on our faces, LOL thanks goodness for masks hides half my face ! love Diana 💜

What does the word oddments mean? I might have to go look it up. Hmmmm. I don’t remember ever hearing that word. It’s like bits and pieces. I’m watching so many videos with British people. I really love the accents. About a year ago I started wanting to do junk journals and vintage journals. Instead of just trying it, I started watching about a million videos. And I started buying things from all over the place. Now to be fair, I have been in bed since Christmas, so I was bored. Lol. Now I have so much stuff and I kept a ton of packaging. I was a clean and simple card maker so I had a ton of stuff anyway. I’m trapped like a rat back there in my craft room trying to figure out how to function. And I cannot Figure out how to figure out what my style is. Oh my gosh! I have made about 5 different journals and can’t figure out how to decorate them. I keep changing my mind. I love Edith Holden books so I have been tearing pages out. You should have seen me trying to force myself rip up that lovely book. My hubby was laughing. Im going back there to beat that room into submission. Lol. Im loving your videos. You make me laugh so much. Hugs, treen. 💕💕💕💕💕

Hi there Katrine. you have just described me to a tee, i think we must be twins😁 I just had to come to terms with the fact that i can never ever use all the packaging i've hoarded, but it still broke my heark putting it in the recycling bin. In fact i'll actually be putting it in the recycling bin for the next few months 🙄 As for my style, to be honest i don't think i really have a style as such, maybe others think i do. You answert your own question about the oddments, they are just biys and bibs, bits and pieces, this and that 😁 I hope whatever has kept you in better improves soon love. good luck with the beating😊🤗💜

I really must do this! I often want stamped out words but getting my stamps, inks and blocks out always seems a faff for the sake of a couple of words. Love how you backed them ready to stick onto a project. The ones with the Edith Holden fabric are gorgeous 😍 I started sweating a bit when you got the scissors to the stamps 🤣 ...but why not! Excited to see your butterfly journal 😀

I thought cutting up stamps might give a few people the heebie jeebies😅 but i was honestly never going to use most of them again as they were. I have more sets for the chop soon😊💜

Julie, at minute 46.22 you picked up a piece of olive green scrap. I think it was some kind of handmade paper with holes in it. Do you know what to call it? And do you remember where you got it? I have been looking and looking for it. I have seen Korean journalers use it. I saw one video in which they made it. It was $35 a page! I don’t want it that bad. Lol. I have googled every word I can think of. Hugs, treen💕💕💕🦋🦋🦋

@@CameliaCraftsDesigns I found it! It was at minute 31:38. lol I evidently don't have a clue how to read the numbers under the screen. It was a smaller piece of scrap that came out of your fabric scrap jar. It appeared to be olive green and you took it out just after the olive seam binding. Oh dear, I hope i'm not causing you too much trouble.
