How do you create the 'headings'? i've got no accessable headings in my 'link to a place in my document'

Format the desired heading as "Heading 1" in the Styles group under the Home tab, and then, at least in my version of Word, it will appear as a Headings option for linking. And I was also able to reformat the heading (font etc.) how I wanted it, and it still worked.

@@case.johnson Yeah I found the same just now - if I create my own headings, then Word doesn't see them in that "Place in this document" window. Even though they are used throughout my ENTIRE document. I even have a table of contents that works. This is so dumb that it appears you HAVE to save them over "Heading 1, 2, 3". What I don't like about the original Headings is that they have the Outline Levels enabled, which I don't want, but you can't disable them... EDIT: Nevermind, I got the Outline Levels changed to "Body Text", but it doesn't stick. When I go back in, the settting is back to "Level 1". WTF! So anyway, I just discovered that when I export my document to PDF, those collapse/expand triangles will not be present. So if anything, this helps me while creating document and nothing else, thus they won't bother me being there anymore.

Can we do this within link excel sheet too?

Yes, you can insert hyperlinks that will go to a website or another part of your Excel spreadsheet, just like you can in Word. We hope this helps!

Perhaps you could also explain there are NO SPACES in the bookmark name!!!!!! and no it is not obvious!

Half knowledge or incomplete information is equal to no information. Lady atleast tell people how to create BOOKMARK first else how come desired text will appear in Bookmark to create hyperlink. It would have been much better that you shouldn't have made this video when complete process is not shown in video.
