In Dubai it's totally different I m new to this place and started working... People are not at all friendly not at all. They just work and leave minimum talking if they need have work that's it

Thats what India really needs. If every citizen in our country is happy and stress free earning money in whatever way the country will do well itself. And most important thing, most of the time we are concentrating on the branches only, People needs to be aware of the Root cause that is our Population. Game of Demand and Supply. Control and awareness must be made like a movement, to spread the awareness like Digital India, etc, and bringing the Population control law as soon as possible.. Otherwise people wont even die peacefully in future. People in our Country are now living to work,rather than working to live! and will the loop go on and on till 2047?? Beacuse it is said that after that population would be going downwards.. Hope not! So, lets hope awareness and change will take place soon over time. People needs to raise the voice here either from bottom or from top.

Suppose if someone is not able to complete task on time ,how europe work culture works in that case? Like do they judge or ask forcefully to complete or job at risk?

Hi Sumit, In such scenario, Expectation is that there is proactive & upfront communication highlighting reason for delay & what actions you are taking instead of last minute surprise that task is not completed. Also your leads will appreciate if you can identify lessons learnt from one such case so that the corrective actions can be taken in future to ensure such things are not repeated. It is badly needed in India, kabhi kabhi toh office jaane ki icha nahi hoti, aur kahi baar toh office se ghar jaane ki icha kuki ghar wale sawal puch kar heraan kar dete hai kyu pareshan hai.
