Work experience vs education: What gets you a better job?

I think both things are interrelated.. However education about the field is prior.. A person must fully educated or hold enough knowledge before practicing it.. For instance.. Being a doctor firstly you must have knowledge of it.. You cant just operate patient.. Same as for other fields.. So education is must.. Thereafter you can work on your feild for some time.. Which is nothing but work experience itself

Higher education is important for go ahead in career because a person with high experience start his career with zero experience.

High education is important to go at higher level in career. Low education but high experience will definitely stop you going ahead in career.

Wrong. People can educate at any time through correspondence. Experience is much needed.

Education required .....accd. to me ....it makes u knowledgeable ....qualification being checked by hR during interview. .. ...big scholars can teach too ...on knowledge basis .....wrkwala can't teach...being .sukanyaside degree takes effort
