Sharing my unbiased view here. The two debaters just revolved around : Money,Job security, privileges. What are the specific and individual perks which stand out in each sector should have been the point of highlight in this debate.

The big advantage is Government job is security of job..and second thing is less work get good salary.

To me govt. Job is surely secure but you do same work at a long time .but in private job you show your skill and you may take lot of money because in private sector ,salary is not fixed for anyone.its varied depend upon your skill and developing company

Both are good guys if you have talent or intelligence then you can make your present and future bright

Once you get a govt. job you r entitled to draw loan worth 50-60 lakh to ameliorate your suffering. And in private sector earthquake can happen anytime.

Private job is far much better than government job , irrespective of job security. In Private sector one can explore many things as compared to govt job if person who are working in private sector have more efficient because if will not be efficient then they will not get paid. one thing is that after taking quality experience and practical exposure from private company one can open their own company but people from govt job adhere only one thing.

Yeah I am agree with corporate job more than govt job.because there is high salary and high speed increment also get there good experience to facing the challenges and lots of things .most of people likes govt job because they scared about job security .but I don't agree with them,because if u have following things like good talent and you are honesty and hard working and also positive attitude, u shouldn't scare about your job security. Because if u lost your job,u have lots of options u can find out another job.

Try working in private sector post 40. Laced with multiple responsibilities and bank loans , the person often falters and goes into spiral. And not to forget, the unavoidable office politics, and if you don't fall on the positive side of it, God help. India has almost no Social security, it' s not US. Make your decisions prudently..!!

Both r good in some areas like In private job,salary paid is very high..but for a student having higher qualification only..for normal graduate..scope of growth is less....There are many govt jobs which r of highly importance...One can choose Government or Private job depending on vison..passion and Career growth

All they are talking about Job security and money. If you have the fire in you to serve for the country then getting into govt jobs serves the purpose with a direct impact on the society. Patriotism is the driving force in govt jobs, not job security. But also on the other hand in private jobs you work for the society , not directly may be. I think we can bridge the gap by incentivising our govt jobs. We are already moving towards Corporate style govt. there is no doubt.

So ppl who dropout of IT sector due to lack of reservation are entering govt sector because they have seats reserved for them..this is ruining our country...private sector respects skills n knowledge and not caste

I dont know from where she gets the information that private sector has higher salary? Private sctor salary is half of govt salary. For example. Salary at govt bank is min 25k per month but salary at private bank is max 15k per month. Only Doctors, Engineers and Educators can earn even without govt job.
