I love how weirdly chill the whole experience stays consistently throughout. Even though it does a good job of being scary at points, the stuff like Josiah playing CS and you just saying "...dude." in a deadpan voice after getting inception murdered absolutely cracks me up

Minimum wage jobs and mundane cubicle offices are scary adult realities. Adding murder is just cherry on top.

I like how they started it usually, and then it progressively turned into "lights off, flashlight on, everyone's gone" mode. Horror games should do that more. I'm also impressed at how quickly they made me attached to the characters despite them having little depth. They just seemed so much like average, real people. Oh, and I'm definitely on the wagon that Josiah is a bromance yandere 😂😂.

This game is very interesting and i have like 3 theories on it atm, so I'll share it here! 1. Josiah have powers/something that he can use to control time (turn back time) or create a time loop. Because when Josiah killed the mc, the mc just woke up back in their cubicle and was getting a call from Gary (the meeting in 15 minutes stuff), and there is no possible way that the mc was hallucinating the past events because Josiah left a bloody handprint. Also, I assume that Josiah has done this time control thing alot because he just acts so calm as if nothing has ever happened, but then when the mc talked about the 'dream' that's where Josiah starts to panic because he probably thought that "this wasn't supposed to happen? It's impossible for them (the mc) to remember.. So why??" That's why he changed the topic and dipped so quickly because he was scared. 2. I'm about to contradict myself so hard rn-- so basically this theory was inspired by someone in this comment section where the mc probably has some sort of mental illness that causes them to hallucinate. The hallucination is based of paranoia, so the mc most likely know/or at least picked up on Josiah's actions towards them that Josiah is infatuated by them. (Though this theory wouldn't make alot of sense but i can see this as a possible outcome) 3. The final theory is that the mc themselves are the cause of the time loop/time change. Because we see a flash of white light/screen at some point of the game, and whenever that happens, the time drastically changes. A) we see the woman on break on the stairwell, but as we turned our back reached out to the door to our department, a flash of white light/screen appears, and when you look back to the spot where the lady was you'll see that she's not there anymore. Now this can be simplified as a common game error or the lady just waltzed her way out while you were at the front door, but that wouldn't make alot of sense considering the time gap, like- that's such little time for anyone to be on the other floors) B) is that at floor G-1 it was 12 o'clock and when we go back to your department it was suddenly 4?? Like there's just no way. [Correct me if I'm wrong on the time, my memory's a bit fuzzy]) C) the mc hallucinates a splash of blood at internals near the elevator and the emergency stairwell, well i think that wasn't just some hallucination based on stress, that was a real event that happened and was witnessed by the mc in past time loops. the white flash thing is the mc constantly changing time loops (think of it as a glitch), the mc glitches in the empty meeting, then when they go to check the time, and then when they met the woman on break, etc etc and up to the point where josiah killed them So basically what im saying that the time resets back when the mc is killed, and this ties in to my first theory. I assumed that josiah have done this time looping thing a bunch of times, so that means he has killed the mc alot too, and the constant time looping damages the MC's brain that causes them to hallucinate things that has happened in past time loops. (The splash of blood, the woman on break, empty meeting, and most likely josiah killing people in HR). Now this significant damage causes the mc to remember bits and/the whole event that occurred before time looping, shocking josiah in the process. Aight thats all of my theories! Its dumb but yeah,
