Prez, a few questions: 1) Did you come up with this type of workout yourself or did Cokes or someone teach you? I think it's cool because it seems to incorporate cardio, muscle building & strength. I've only seen workout videos with boxers using dumbbells but light ones. Regular weight training or calisthenics. Or cardio training only. 2) How do you incorporate this workout in a week? Ex: 1x everyday but change up muscle/body part each day(biceps, shoulders, triceps, back, chest, abs etc)? Or switch it up sometimes to whatever muscle is fresh to workout(do a few various exercises instead of one per session as you did here)? I am assuming the 20 min bicep video you posted would be used in a session just like this one here.
