Literally this happens all the time. Ive worked in 4 retail stores and people drive you insane. I work at a shoe store and this lady wanted a shoe in a different size which was on the top storage shelf all the way at the bottom of a large stack of other shoes. It took me at least 5 minutes getting it off the shelf for her and at the end she didnt even buy them. And then the worst is when you tell them something and they dont believe you and they have you call the manager and the manager says the same exact thing and they accept it just like that. I could go on. Anyway great video. Keep up the amazing work 💞💞

I work in retail and I can SO relate. The one that annoys me the most is when people bring a basket full of stuff to the register and then leave half of it with me because they changed their mind or didn't have enough money to buy it. And half the stuff they leave is either cold or frozen.

I relate so hard I used to work as a sales assistant in Smiggle, and outr shop was so tiny the sTOCK ROOM WASNT IN THE BACK, IT WAS IN A DIFFERENT SECTION OF THE SHOPPING CENTRE, "CHECKING THE BACK" INCLUDED A 3 MINUTE WALK EACH WAY

As someone who's worked about a decade in customer service, I find this probably the most relatable animation of all time.

Real talk the being ignored as a customer walks past after you cheerfully greeted them DESTROYS me inside. It's like "why do I waste my energy if you act like I DON'T EXIST"

This is so very relatable. It makes it funnier when you get a manager involved and they do or say the same thing 😂😂 had that happen with a return. Okay so: I worked at Big Lots a few years ago. One elder gentleman came in to return a tablecloth (because the wife changed her mind?). He didn't have a receipt, no rewards card, nor paid with card. I tried telling him we couldn't return it without a reciept. "But I don't (like/want) it" ....need proof old man! Anyway, I tried "Return with no reciept" and he didn't like what he was getting back. The item was on sale, so because he had NO reciept, the register thought it was a returned mark off item. Finally, he said something along the lines of: "Well then we just won't come back anymore" Fine by me you old fart. So I replied with: "Shall I call my manager? Maybe she can do something that I can't?" He accepted and the process repeated. The difference? She was able to go into the system and override the price off to return the full priced item. Still feeling somewhat unsatisfied, the elder man said before he left: "Alright, but we'll be hesitant to come back" Fine. Whatever. You got your money. We have other people that'll gladly come in. Bye! Another BL story. Don't really remember what lead up to it, but I remember a lady saying "I can take my money elsewhere" because we didn't bend the rules in her favor. Yeah okay 8!+(4. Do it then. Anyway, we found a way to appease her and she left, unphased, and left in her still miffed-ish state.

I sympathize wholeheartedly. I've seen some of the worst kinds of trash customers when I working in retail ages ago. These losers think they can treat you like crap because they know you work in retail and see you as less than human. Some customers just live empty lives and this is how they take it out on others.

I actually felt really bad for that poor old man when he left crying ;-; I have a soft spot for old people. They are just so... Wrinkly! :P
