I'm very thankful it happened on my last yard it was bad enough having to drive with multiple windows down to prevent the pressure issue you have at Highway speed plus it's really hot for us down south right now… Ac went right out the window ha ha. How's your 10-speed doing? We just got my wifes expedition back after several months at the dealership…. Apparently there is a shortage of ford mechanics that can work on the 10-speed.

I've heard that from a couple people… I've put a 100 miles or so on this loader today and have averaged around 23 MPG. 70 on highway pretty much speed limites where posted. One thing I'm mindful of is accelerations due to more turbo use and idles stops like drive throughs etc. Little things like that make a difference. Some thing you can't help like hills and traffic. How bad was your MPG?

@freedomisntfree44 i definately didn't have a lead foot, and my truck only seen 70 on the interstate with the cruise control on trips , I just feel I got the 1 in 1000 that didn't hit the expectations, I think my window sticker stated around 18.5 average mileage and I never hit 16 mpg which the dealer ship could see by the dash readout and I even checked it with paper to make sure and it was accurate, I hated it because i did like the truck so hopefully nobody else goes thru what I did trying to get the dealer to do something but to no avail.

Did you comment before about poor mpg from your 2.7? I could have promised I talked to another viewer about MPG issues with the 2.7 very similar to what you mentioned.

Have you not seen my video on my wife's expedition? She has a 2019 expedition with the 10-speed. We had catastrophic. Failure at 72K miles requiring a rebuild. We just got it back.

As for the cause they are just failing… tons of problems with them. Just google it.

Sorry to hear that… you'd think with the cost of these trucks you'd get some piece of mind. What issues have you had? I'm still concerned about the 10-speed… ticking time bomb?
