Hello, I'm a prediabetic and I currently walk 30-50 minutes daily. I'd like to add some light arm and back exercises to my routine to help tone those areas and manage my prediabetes. Could you please recommend a simple, effective exercise routine I could do 2-3 times per week that would be good for this purpose? I appreciate your guidance. thank you, advance

Another great workout. I still do your 20 min workout 3 days a week. I will switch to this. If you dont mind me saying "You look amazing 😍 Caroline." Makes me want to workout more.
