Use this motivational meditation DURING your workout session, like having a personal trainer in your mind. 2 minutes of quiet focus followed by upbeat motivation music and guided meditation as you attain the workout and fitness session you desire.
Use this meditation to help push to your goals and give self confidence.
Hi, my name is Christian Thomas.
Having been through a dark depression, my meditations
are a way of helping others from my experience.
Anxiety, insomnia, worry, I even developed a fear of driving
as a result.
I still have the occassional day where one of these may rear
it's ugly head but I manage well now.
Quick Q&A:
Why do you make meditations on youtube?
To help others, perhaps offer a shortcut to relief ( I know everyone is different )
Does meditation or guided meditation work?
It literally saved my life, after listening to others on youtube
I am now a completely different and positive person.
Are you a trained hypnosis master or doctor (frequently asked)
lol. No, I am just an ordinary guy trying to help others, over a long
period alot of people have said I have a voice for something, funny
how it turned into this.
What are your hobbies?
I like call of duty, music is a major influence on my mood, anything
from Aerosmith or Guns n roses to Michael Bubl'e.
swimming .......but my biggest hobby is film making and soon
will have a second channel just for that, look out for that on
my channels tab.
What did you do before youtube and do you work?
I work as a counsellor outside youtube but have had various other
jobs, removal man, used to clean planes at Heathrow airport,
worked at the bbc centre in london looking after props
and sets, wedding videographer.
What are your Favourite movies?
C'mon.....Back to the future 1st of course.
ok, ok....Goodfellas or any gangster movies,
I have a guilty pleasure of Adam Sandler, it's just my sense
of humour.
Do you have a Bucket list?
yes, important to have goals.
Skydive is number one, ziplining in wales, shopping in New York,
Go back to Rome (amazing place), make a movie even be it on youtube.

I just want you to know how much I love this video and how often I watch it. It helps get me psyched up to work out, it motivates me at work to get my job done, and I could listen to it on repeat for hours. Please make another! :)

i had an accident with my bike i wanst in present moment while workout i was at down hill road and my mind had all the attention so i pressed the front wheel brake and the bike throw me to the air and land me 2 meters away i land to my stomach and my breath cut off since then i ride the bike only 2 times and full of stress and fear that this will happen to me again Yesterday i said im going to try again i tried your meditation while cycling and i end up cycling 4 hours without fear or stress it felt incredible i was calm i was in peace smiling from my heart a big thanks 💗

I power tred and do a home hit training every morning... At home so it does tend to feel im on a plateau at times.... But this guidance makes me focuss and sweat from every part of my body all ova again!! 😊

This is an awesome resource, thank you so much for making it available! I am using it to help me get over my self consciousness with my acquired disability and having to use walking stick. I have become very unfit and want to change that. I listen to this while I go out walking and it keeps my mind on track. I can't thank you enough!

I use this as a housework motivation along with walking. I get a lot done in 36 minutes and walk further than I normally would 😅

I've been disabled for a lot of years and it's hard to stay motivated. This is the best meditation for everyday motivation.

I may use this when I work out home alone cause I don't like working out when others are home haha But yeah I've been pushing off working out cause I know I'll be tired but tomorrow (for me) is the start of my new work out journey If someone I know could work out, I can too!

I sometimes struggle with breathing disregulation , and the heart opening warm up and visualizing the goal really helps me orient to being relaxed during exercise. And the encouraging words during difficult moments of exercise help me keep my head in a place of confidence and feeling really motivated and great. Thank you!

This is great! Can you make more guided meditation videos to listen to during workouts? It’s helpful for a full mind/ body workout and helps me improve my focus with ADD but also some relief from my anxiety by having a physical outlet.

Thank you for this! I have a hard time sitting still to meditate in the morning, and it can be easy to lose motivation when i work out at home, but this is the best for it al!! I stayed motivated and mindful and now am in the right place for a still meditative space 😊

Nice unfit asf so struggling asf to do 20 sit ups per time did 500 day 1 700 day 2 doing 1000 day 3 did 120 this time to start with in a row rather than 20 thanks to this. I know situps aren't the best for weight loss but just a start :)

This really helped to keep me going and focused during my workout. The meditation at the beginning helped me to affirm my goal. The only thing missing was the queue for a cool down and closing meditation. However, this will definitely be in my workout "bag" to stay motivated.

First day of hearing your music and I really like it. I was looking for meditations or something else to keep me motivated because I have knee problems so I'm just walking at the park. At the moment I can't do a lot of moments.The music has a good beat.It's very motivated and I will keep posted.

@@MeditationVacation Today I just walk and I was surprised that I could walk a little bit faster while hearing your music. I had to play again because I walked for an hour. Your voice sounds great and I would say maybe you add more frases like I feel lighter, I have a lean body. I did like the phrases you said. You could improve by making the song longer and more inspiring words, these words are from my niece she was also hearing it. She's 9 years old. I would like to hear the music have a rhythm that could make me dance. Look if I hear soft and romantic music I am calm but if I hear music with rhythm I tend to speed up and dance. That audio was great for me to start my day walking. Thank you.

I just came across this. How fun!!!! Unfortunately the music is the wrong tempo for my elliptical workout. This music gave me 22 rounds per minute and I exercise to 28 to 32 rounds per minute. I used the meditation at the end of my workout and bopped around to the music in and out of the 🚿 shower. If you do another video with slightly faster music you can be my workout buddy.

U can adjust the playback speed of the video by clicking the gear icon when u tap the bottom of the video (or if using the KZfaq app, the 3 dots). You'll get several choices of playback speed.

I tried to be unobtrusive with it, cause we all listen to music when we workout. Sometimes you need that soft sgt major in your head to keep going. :) glad you liked it :)

I was on the treadmill and I couldn't really hear (what he was saying in the first few minutes) so I tried using headphones at the maximum volume but it didn't help 😭
