For my arm workout, i like this hiit timer with 45 seconds train and 10 seconds to slow down.
20 minutes are suffisant for a great result. Here is my training plan that i used with this video :
1. TRX biceps
2. Kettlebell biceps curl
3. Trx triceps
4. Triceps Dips
