A little glimpse into how exercise has helped me stay not just physically, but mentally healthy (especially during pandemic life, where Cory and I would meet at the park). I have a hard time committing to things so it’s been important to have an accountability partner in working out with @cory_grant_adams80. When I’m traveling on the road, I find accountability from friends, band members, or even KZfaq videos that keep me focused and on a routine. I’m not perfect with it, but the effort to improve and discipline myself has paid off and I feel much better for it! What ways can you get on a routine and find accountability? If you’ve already found ways share what has helped you!

I love that too. I also wear mine when I work out and I know lots of people who don’t. I just remember it’s their personal choice and no judging. 😊

Regular exercise can positively impact the serotonin levels in your brain. Raising your levels of serotonin boosts your mood and overall sense of well-being. So I'm glad you're doing this! Stay grinding 💪 💯

😅😅😅 this is an absolute motivation to get up and stay active while at home, at least 30 minutes to an hour a day. Having exercise in a morning gives more activity in heart and muscles plus immunity as well. Also for mental health, which is a good temptation suppressor. I'm glad that you do Kuya David and I would do the same thing as well. ❤️

Exercise is so important!! Great work out! My breakfast is usually a smoothie with all kinds of fruit, yogurt, and vegetables. It fills me up and I have nuts too. Sometimes I eat eggs because we have chickens but we tend to eat those for dinner with cheese or like a burrito. That is so funny about loud noises. I am the same way! That is why I prefer working out at home. Is it a introvert thing? My kids are that way too except for one. Haha! He is the youngest boy and he likes to be loud sometimes.

So true.. your diet is the hardest discipline to conquer. A lot of people workout hard only to see positive results when implementing a successful nutrition program. Also, getting a great personal trainer is very important to parlaying your workouts and nutrition into a lifestyle. I use Cory Adams as well and highly recommend him. Great job you guys!

100% agree. I just started a new diet and work out and my mental health has definitely gotten better! All is connected.

Oh I love this!! I broke my back a few years ago and was afraid to exercise and move, but I learned that that approach only made things worse! Long story short, exercise is a huge part of my life, and I'm in nutrition school because diet is sickly important! So I love that David is learning this lesson and applying it and sharing it!!!

You look great 🌟 I've actually started working out during the pandemic too - I've been using the stationary bike and sometimes the treadmill 🏋️‍♀️💪 It's definitely helped me de-stress and feel more energized/better about myself!

Looking good David! Looks like your workouts have been paying off. Great vid! I've been trying to get back to my pre-quarantine exercise routine but (being in quarantine) It's hard to find motivation sometimes. Watching this has inspired me to carry on with what I've been doing. Thank you!😊

I was a fan since I was 13 years old. I'm turning 26 this month and I'm still amaze by everything that you do whether it's music or workout. You're so awesome and I'll support you all the way. Probably until I'm old and grey. Haha

🎶 🎼 🎵 Just Breath. 😎 You’ve inspired me!! This lockdown has me cooped up. I’m gonna find me a PARK and get movin!!! Nothing sounds as good as that right now. It’s SUMMER TIME!! These days go by all to fast. Thank You David for being THE IDOL who keeps being an example to not only America but to the entire WORLD. I think you’re one awesome EXAMPLE of not letting stuff hold you back. You find a way when life gets mucky. No life is streamlined. Mucky always happens. I always look for a video of you every day. So happy I found this one. We love the man you are David.

Loved this! Nice to meet your trainer Cory. Great advice and tips shared especially the keeping your voice volume low around David. 😊 The background music of yours adds that special touch. 👌👍 It is impressive to see how you’ve grown mentally and physically and how you always inspire in everything you do. During this pandemic I have been committed to yoga and meditation doing 30 day journey videos month to month. It has helped tremendously with my mood and getting a clear mind to start the day, 😊

I was quite intrigued by your need for quiet encouragement not loud. That is so alien to most trainers techniques but I can certainly relate to it as I find loud noisy gyms to be places I do not want to be in.

Great video - i need to see stuff like this to keep me inspired. You mentioned it was leg day - wow, that tire looks humungous, not sure I would be able to handle it as well as you did. I continue to work on my legs to get them bigger but results are slow. I'm not stopping. And watching you inspires me to keep going. Your thighs, butt and hips look awesome. I hope mine look like that someday. Keep going! I can't afford a personal trainer or a gym membership - so I just have some equipment in the basement that I use to the max. I do like the idea of a gym buddy to keep you accountable. I learned a lot about diet and stuff in this video. More videos like this. And some swimming videos too, please! 👍

I don't even eat more than two meals. Because of my surgery nine years ago. I only eat two meals a day. That was the only explanation that I've been losing weight lately.

He just gave me the idea to start working out. Cause my birthday is coming up. Ever since I was 12 years old, I've always been over weight. So maybe if I lose over 100lbs, maybe, just maybe I'll find my kind of perfect (ARCHIE) anyway, looks don't really matter. Do they? All it matters is what's on the inside that counts. Because anyone can like anybody for their good sense of humor, beautiful, sweet, funny and how good their personality is. I can see you don't like loud noises. Because you like to live where it's quiet. You have nobody to bother you. You get too distracted very easily. I know that about you. I actually know a lot about you. Not everything...everything. But I know a lot. Stay YOU! Stay safe. Stay strong.💪 Stay healthy. God bless you and your family.👪💗

Humans since the beginning were lucky to get one meal a day. Nobody needs 5 meals a day. Carnivore or keto diet is best for the body
