Well for the 0.1% of the population it's a fantastic timesaver 😂 don't forget a single cabinet door would have 4 tenons it adds up on a full kitchen 😉

Yes you can put more than one at a time especially glasing bars etc. I would normally keep the amount to what will slide up to the stop to align the ends. One thing to note is because of the clamping if say your machining 4pieces at once and one is a little bit thinner than the rest it won't clamp that piece tightly and it may move.

@ I’m looking at a new tenoner down the line, mine is an old delta, does the job when set up…. But set up is the thing! ZERO scales anywhere, and most adjustments are from back of machine( can’t see heads ) so it’s an all day thing of back and forth trial and error for any changes ( slight exaggeration but it feels like it) One little round press maybe 80 mm that will hold one piece at a time ……yawn Things that could be simple and quick ‘dial it in’ made super hard and slow These are super expensive but eh?
