one good competetor is the gigabyte g5 kd which has 11400h and 3060 with 105w tgp, in specefic terms of gaming, they perform about the same and both have the same price currently. plus the gigabyte has a sata slot as well as m.2! and wayy better thermals than the acer one cause the acer nitro v shown in the video is not purely meant for gaming, so there are slight compromises in the thermals.
