1 large russets
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/3 small bell pepper
1/3 small onion
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tablespoon creole seasoning
1/4 cheddar cheese
2 rib eye steak
1 tablespoon complete seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Thyme
Rose mary
3 garlic cloves
