I'm not really in the competitive sceene too much but been playing them and they are fun and have some play. I think the smoke bombs are crucial to get them into position to do what they need to do without getting shot espicially when theres not much cover to use like we saw here. CP is probably better spent denying opponents rerolls than actually rerolling yourself. Dire avengers have overperformed for me so on open board probably want 3 or more to help get your melee operatives some cover fire.

You can get 12 shots per turn out of an all Dire Avenger team. Not bad on 3+ with rending. Unless you roll like this poor chap, of course.

Yeah, that's a good one might've helped counter some of the doctrine re-rolls

@@GFNGaming Yeah, it's clutching at straws really, I have only played BOK once against Intercession Squad on open, and conceded the game end of turn 2, it was traumatic. I feel like they could be flat-track bullies against 7 wound teams. They desperately need more dakka

Think it was just because I was using the stats from Wahapedia I know people agree it should be 5, including GDubs tournament runners but RAW it is still 4, they need to do an errata really
