I have some reservations on Hayate's placement. I think she deserves low playable, although I can definitely see where you guys are coming from as everything she does, there's a IJN ship that can do it better.

Delny is too low

Delny isn't competing with the other gun boats as well. I love mine as well but it's not holding up

That is black shima, the one with rapid reload 2. There's a huge difference.

@@jasonmattingly6306 what can delny do against Black shima then. Their speed is comparable, RR2 equalise the gun DPM (shima gun alpha is good for a torp boat, now with the reload to back it up), shima has fuel smoke and you can't really out torpedo a shima. Adds in the fact that shima out spots you significantly and can lay down its "wall of skill" in advance. What does Delny have against that other than being easier to play?
