I just got this with copper, and it’s a blast to play. With Adm Nelson and his IFHE skill, I’m getting citadels at long range, and easily dodge incoming fire. Most HP at T8 helps as well! Thanks again Terry!

@@FunandGameswithTerry I was going to try and learn Japanese it's not hard pronouncing the words all that is hard is the Grammar. I find Asian languages interesting because of the writing system they use characters instead of letters.

I just wish that she was the tech line tier 8 BB. Historically she’s supposed to come after the George V’s. And like you said in the beginning we have WAAAYYYY too many premium tier 8 battleships in the game. I’d just rather have her then the George V with 380mm guns that they randomly called the Monarch. Lol 😂

My recent battles against the Vanguard may not agree with those guns not being hard hitters, with my Nagato, i got my main turrets knocked out three times in a row by a Vanguard + a inconfortable amount of full pens even angled

Yes its an upgraded warspite, good and fun but not competitive against the best t8 bb‘s and too expensiv for what it is.. Those elite modules also.. should be skirmish / event reward not money grab

My impression as well. I'm quite fond of the British premium BBs, but tier 8 is just such a competitive place - it's most players' favourite tier, it has a huge range of deadly BBs. She does stand out in terms of manoeuvrability, but I see her more as an option for fans of that ship. I've looked at the legendary modules in more detail in today's video.

I've played up to tier 5 so far, and they're pretty good (although it's easy to do well at any line in low tier). I'll do a full tech tree talk on it soon.

Mate nice, but your history is not quite right. The Vanguard ended up with 4 x 2 gun turrets to speed up the build. The delay of using triple 16” guns made the decision to go with the 15” guns, as you said the Brits had a surplus of these 15” guns. Her build was stopped a couple of times during the war, so as you know she came out in to service in 46’. The other factors in her delay being built was due to the RN’s real need for more big BB’s, due to experience in the war. Especially after the loss of the Prince of Wales & Repulse to a concentrated attack from Japanese carrier borne aircraft. It was nothing to do with the British didn’t have the capacity to build 16” (406mm) guns at all, as they already had them in the HMS’s Nelson & Rodney. Other than that you’re nearly there. Battleships became outdated, due to CV’s. The Vanguard had the same duty to full fill as did the US’s large BB’s after the War, I.e duties to NATO. And other public duties, as British forces have always done, Army, Navy & Air Force. Hence it was scrapped in 1960. Sad really, as she was only in service 14 years!

lol - that weave was neat, though, in any other BB, I'd have taken one or two, since the spreads were slightly interleaved.

I don't go full Yuro, but I do enjoy his vids :) In any other BB I'd have taken probably 2 torps from that drop. Another thing, her turrets actually turn pretty fast for a BB, so it might be hard for a DD to outrun them in a rush.

Well, gives me some entertaining torp beats. To be fair, he was plane-spotted (that carrier did a really good job), and you do have to be careful with rushing British BBs as they tend to have HE loaded. I had worse games in the Aka when I was new :)

They will eventually, in a future update. (They actually already did with the Roma, the Gulio and the Duca.)

I don't have anything definitive on it yet, but yes, I'd expect the Italian CA line to come. We've also got some more Italian captains, plus the SAP shells added to the wiki.

Roma is really odd for me. I had a couple of games (not many, haven't had the time), and in the very first one I scored like 10 citadels against anything I was shooting at, but in the following ones the damage was more average. I really need to find out how I did that, I've seen Romas doing crazy things.
