13:09 I thought I lost my mind for a second. Not holding my phone watching your battle and boom. Back to the loading screen, I thought I had magically went backwards in the video. Anyway. Hey terry. Just recently got the Hizen and I will say that I absolutely love it. Its takes a bit to get used to the playstyle as I use it not as a complete long range but from about 1/2 to 3/4 the distance as the typical IJN BB. I can use it as a long distance sniper as it doesn't seem to lack precision from range bit at a medium range it can be deadly. I can get about 9 or 10 shells on target most salvos. I am currently using it on the Ranked T9 5v5 and I came out of a few battles with over 75k damage caused. I still can't find the Izumo useful to play but I love the Hizen. It is not as sturdy as the Musashi but I can tank a bit more with it compured to the Crapumo, and I can actually use it to push a position at times. All in all, a good ship that is enjoyable to play

Oh my, I got featured in a Terry's video(I'm Mr_mime2387 in Ibuki of the first battle and the Gascogne in the second battle) Looks like I'm lucky~

I got lucky in the second battle, if the Kutuzov hadn't overcommitted to the cap, the two of you would have killed me before Roma decided to join.

@@FunandGameswithTerry Yeah that Kutuzov is a noob. The moment he pushed and took a beating from you, I realized I'm screwed, so I gave up the flank and immediately angle away. The rest of my team tho...bruh They are separated instead of grouping up

To be fair, nobody expects an IJN BB to charge a cap ;) Domination is an interesting choice. Either you attack the two flanking caps, risk losing one to concentration, but getting crossfire opportunities, or you play it safe and go one flank & middle. Both have upsides and downsides, I personally prefer the two flanks, especially if I'm in a fast ship, but you also risk being out of the battle for a while if the enemy team concentrates on the other side.

When you have the speed, it's a good idea to flank, particularly when you're a top tier BB(which you are) and have an idea of the composition of the enemy forces in your flank. As for the East flank, Our team, including me, were holding a defensive position as the Pommern was pushing. After the Pommern was sunk, I was surprised to see even though you had killed that Z23, the NC and Amagi didn't cap, so I changed flank and see if I can offer any help. And charging caps in a Hizen is not a bad idea either. Unlike Amagi and Izumo, whose turret angle is horrible, the turret angle of Hizen is not that bad, allowing you to fire while remaining angled and take less damage.

Hizen actually needs to get closer, the dispersion can be a tad questionable at range. If she's top tier, her armour holds.

I actually thought she was the number 13 design when I first saw her, blue then I saw the triple turrets and I was like nope not a number 13 at all, since those were designed with four twin 18’ guns. Also Regarding CV’s I sure hope we get a CV rework when the British CV’s get released at the end of the month early next month.

Sailors you heard it hear first with Terry preferred match making with the Hizen 😂. Great review as always. Loved the explanation of the name an origins, quite the funny tale. As for the ship, I absolutely hated the Izumo. I ended up with close to a 70% wr with it when I sold it the first chance I could lol. Honestly from the Amagi to the Izumo Almost the same guns so this tells me it has worse guns then the Amagi?? An then you go from a nimble fast fairly decent armored ship with good guns to a huge lumbering ship with more HP. Just doesn’t seem like the trade off from T8 to T9 had any reasoning, other then it’s some what of the haul of the Yamato. After saying all that I guess I wish WG would of had a purpose with this T9 , like make it a distinct brawler . Other then another subpar prem T9 (Yamato knock off)an worse then the T8 tech tree ship

I don't know with you or everyone else here, but on my opinion, German BB were almost useless or at least having a very hard time grinding at Asian Server, specially tier 9 up. Too many snipers lurking around this server, mostly Japanese Yamato or the Montana, not to mention CV everywhere. And i agree with you Terry, dont play jap BB at close range , specially against the other BB unless you got no choice. Nice review in Hizen mate, it looks like another Izumo w xtra gun and rapid reload yes?

I might be wrong is it just me or does the plays style of the asian server seem very passive ( mostly camping, no rushing)

Yes, that's my impression as well. Asia tends to play a lot more defensively, and BB tunnelvision is real - DDs get ignored even if they sit right in front of you. Top tier BBs that don't have the range can be challenging to play, since no one steps forward, and you kinda have to, which immediately draws focus fire.

Seems to be a bug. For me, so far, it has only affected Hizen, but I've heard it happening on Byskavice as well

Yeah, I'm curious myself. Just tore one apart in my Seattle, but that's a nasty set of guns, and I want to see if it's worth the grind.

@@FunandGameswithTerry I would love to know weather Venezia is worth the grind or not. I’m currently on Zara and I’m having mixed results with the Italian cruiser line.
