I'm back in the Moskva, the cruiser ... ish thing? Didn't particularly like this ship the first time around, but a lot of you disagreed, so we'll do another round, this time with a fully kitted out setup.

Apparently the real Moskva failed at playing at long enough range to avoid destruction. They should have listened to you. Either that or some on her crew set an example of massive incompetence if Russian reports of an accident are accurate.

As a Worcester player it irritates me that he didn't used AP on you the Moskva can be shredded by in mid range and if close range it's deadly.

I've had a game where I got jumped by a Worcester coming out from behind an island. He outran my turret traverse, and shredded me from point blank. I barely scratched his paint.

Awesome video Terry, if you think APCS make a difference with the moscova please please try the exact same setup you used here on the Stalingrad. She really is the reason I make legendary in the first week of every month. Play her just like you did here, the one thing you're missing about these ships is you seem to go for the bow and Stern exclusively on BBs, the Russian heavy cruisers are accurate enough that you always need to aim for the superstructure. Even at max range you can land 6 out of 9. Yes you will have some bounces, but even if you are only doing semi pens that still adds up quickly. Plus if you always aim for the superstructure you will get a surprising amount of citadels at all ranges. There isn't a tier 10 BB I haven't citadeled. Just this morning I double citadeled a Yamato as soon as she was in range of my guns. Stay back and rake the superstructure of any BB you see, it's great fun and has to drive my opponents nuts. Oh don't forget your wds hacks, constantly moving back and forth and when it comes down to brawling keep nose in until the BB fires then open up enough to get your third turret in, she actually has great gun angles. Keep up the great work man and know that there's at least one dude out there that will be randomly thinking of you over the next two weeks and sending you any good vibes I can. @@FunandGameswithTerry even if you don't make a video at least play her maxed a few times, once you get her figured out she's great fun, my go to ship if I only have time to play a couple games between work and babysitting the grandson. She really hurts ships, get her right and she's a blast.

One more thing I forgot to add one of the best ways to get citadels is when a battleship is sailing straight at you it takes a little practice to get the timing down but if you aim so that your shells land on their deck not on their bow you will do an amazing amount of citadel I love it when a battleship thinks it's going to charge me especially Montana's lately I just keep firing and keep on hitting them I think Montana's are my favorite ship to brawl.

For my opinion brilliant gameplay, especially the second one! But I also see the problems with the Moskva. It is NOT a Smolensk. Moskva has problems, heavy cruiser with disadvantages. Great video tho! 😌😌 Not a bad ship, for a techtree maybe even great, but premium tier 10 is expensive and Smolensk seems to be the much better option in nearly any ways. By the way: would really appreciate an updated smolensk video! 😌😊

Smolensk is a pain, and one of those ships I wouldn't get, just because she seems to be too broken to me. If I get eyes on one, it's always a priority target for me. Good point though in making a video about her again, last time I played was when she came out, so it can serve as a reminder that these things are dangerous

@@FunandGameswithTerry yeah like how to deal with her, what are her weaknesses, how do people have to play her and also we would get another view on her abilities. What is she capable of in a battle? Of course she is a flamethrower, but how she has to act as a priority target and more? Would be great, but you have plenty of stuff to do in real life and so I don't expect it to happen fast! But I just wanted to say it, it could be an idea for the future. 😌😊 Btw, how is your house going?

Awesome Second half of the match you can be more agressiv/ mobile and trade hp Yes its not a dd hunter, there are enough ships with that role, its like saying german dd are bad cause they can only hunt other dd wich is cruiser job I understand its not the ‚activ‘ cruiser role but you gotta love it for its powerful ap shells.. its been nerfed a bit much you really need precise aim now

The question I keep asking myself is, if I'm going to sit at long range for most of the battle, why don't I do that in something that has armour and big guns? Like, an actual battleship. Even with the same turret rotation 😉 Not every cruiser is multi-role, and Moskva is sitting at the extreme end - I don't particularly like supercruisers, either, and you could argue that IJN CAs aren't your typical cruiser role. But they fill a space that's not already occupied by something else, which is arguably better suited towards it. That said, with APCS and premium heal, she really starts to shine - but that's an investment 😉

APCS and premium consumables helps for sure, but unlike what you have experienced it still does well. Even tho playing at range is more suitable, these secondaries does not make you feel the lack of torpedoes at close range. It still wins against a DM in a 2-3 km board to board fight. And other popular cruisers like Worchester may good at long range spamming, they can not reliably and consistently hit dds at range as Moskva does, the flat arcs are no joke.

It's weird, without APCS, I felt somewhat let down, given their calibre. This does a 180 with APCS, they really start shining.

Good video as always. However do not agree on legendary commanders, cause these bl….y crates cost a Fortune and the chances to get a legendary one are below zero!

I've been able to collect a couple over the years, but mostly from when they were still coming in bundles. Got Yamamoto with Ashitaka. The "maxed" series explores the question how far you can get if you throw money at it - premium consumables, permanent camos etc. You can still have a decent impact with a regular commander once you reach APCS, that's really one of the key skills for BBs and CAs out there.

The kirov was my favorite teir 5 tech tree cruiser. Then it got replaced by junk in my opinion.

@@Shadowviperplays i know. They just followed PC version. Ishizuchi and Kabrovosk is at risk, and Goßer Kurfürst's days are limited. Got until June before GK will be replaced with Preussen.

Hahaha! I was using a Rhode lapel mic, which has the annoying habit of being unbalanced in their stereo channels towards whatever side you're wearing it on. I got the Yeti replaced already, so we're back to normal. I tend to be a bit uneven with my volume (i.e. I can get loud when something exciting happens), so it's better to be a bit away.

Not really 😉 I mostly play random battles, and when it comes to cruisers, I like ships that can multi-role, to compensate for other players in my team. US cruisers, Germans, Italians, British...

@@FunandGameswithTerry no you can build from scratch any warship and you can make the armor how ever you want and you build the ship how ever you want
