You are mistaken, according to data from the website bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Charizard_(Pok%C3%A9mon) Charizard Hight: 5'07" 1.7 m So it will be as tall as a normal person

Unlike Dynamax or Gigantamax, the transformation is unobtainable to the player, but appears when Eternabeam is used. The only known Pokémon to have this transformation is Eternatus. This transformation occurs when a Pokémon absorbs massive amounts of energy at once.
