Does that wrap help the same amount as the one that stretches from elbow to elbow? If so, then yea that's too much help. I've tried with my friends wraps from elbow to elbow and flat benched 225lb for 42 reps without breaking a sweat after a 5 hour workout. Needs to lock out the reps. Not one of those 32 reps were locked out. More like half reps.

Amazing set guys, some serious numbers there, the reaper looks like he should have a go at strongman as he has raw talent and respect to the guy in the red, it shows don’t underestimate a smaller bloke

Cooper does have so much talent. Its crazy. He is so about work ethics and very good technique. The guy in the red blows my mind pushing what he does at his size. My bench sucks i wish i could get it better thats the one thing that was never my best suite . Eddies son will be breaking records someday. That kid is strong.

Before my dad got poorly he was an absolute animal on the weights he would lift me and my older brother on both ends of a massive weight lifting bar he was an excellent dead lifter, took inspiration from the Arnold Schwarzenegger days, miss the guy! Loved this it was pure nostalgia!
