Gabe,in 1991 I worked at Lakeland seafood in Lakeland Florida,a fisherman that we bought fish from brought a 7lb yellow tilapia in with his haul for that day,they really do get ginormous.

That wind gets some bad. I take my grandson to the Mississippi gulf coast fishing off the land because I don’t have a boat and the places we fish is right on the coast and the wind blows the water up on us sometimes. But it’s all fun even when his two little sisters are with us. We either deer hunting or fishing they love the woods and love fishing don’t believe they want help their papa clean the fish are anything we do. Because they know papa’s health is not good but papa does take them everywhere hunting and fishing as long as it’s not a long ways because of papa’s disabilities. Love your show. Try throwing a strike king swim jig!!! Preferably a black and blue, or bluegill color. Last weekend I caught some very very nice bass on a bluegill color and lost my Pb that same day at the boat they sure love them things in that type of structure and time of year!!!! So I grow tilapia in my house well in my garage we have a huge 300 gallon tub with about 15 of them in there right now sometimes up to 20 depending on the size and before we eat them because we’re not catching them or the gig we taken out of the tank that they live in and we put them in a purge tank which is just water without food so we don’t feed them for three days and then we take them El and then you know prepare and eat them. We use their byproduct into our lettuce strawberry jalapeño and herb garden that is mount on the wall with PVC pipes for an aquaponics system. I’ve had tilapia caught fresh and even doing what you do it’s still doesn’t taste as good as the stuff that I have here when I use them

Gidday from Oz mate 👊 I grew up hunting with indigenous people in far northern Australia and watching and then learning how to throw a fishing spear is an experience I will never forget. Those guys can 9 out if 10 times hit the fish in the head and with the aid of a woomera (a tool that vastly increases throwing power) hit them at 30 plus feet! And with their land hunting spears can hit a kangaroo at distances upto 100 meters!! You guys should come over here for a trip as there’s nothing like catching a wild caught barramundi ah?? I can hook you up with some awesome guys with KZfaq channels that do this insane fishing and pig hunting and film it👌👌👌 Stay safe budd🤙

Hay need more information about your fishing gig/spear please. It's a sharp looking one. Thanks for the information on the gig . You rock because you take kids & family outdoors. Buffalo/ carp are the same in my book bottom feeders.
