Hey Patrick i'm one of your newest subscribers after watching one of your shorts, i hope you don't mind me asking this Question but why did you add baking powder to the flour when self rising flour already contains baking powder. Even Alexa tells you what is in self rising flour 😂😂😂😂, anyhoo i can't wait to try this birthday cake recipe out thanks for sharing x

Hi! You should be able to add it yourself to regular flour, I’ve done it with other recipes, however I’m from Sweden so I would have to do a pretty significant investigation to find out the exact amount since we have completely different measurements here😅 but I hope this helped a little bit at least🙏 if you have like a bakery or something near you they should be able to tell you the exact amount to add or maybe try and Google some sort of calculator for it, good luck😊
