My grandpa was from China and he does the same thing. In the summer he walks around just places around his neighbourhood. In the winter he takes about 2, 5 pound weights and just walks around his basement for a hour and a half. He's 76.

I live in Norway and here I've seen pretty similar stuff to china. I've seen many old people on busses and outside. Always happy and smiling. I also see many people jogging in SNOW. There's not much of a difference tbh.

In Vietnam old people also exercise a lot! In parks or lakes, from the morning till late afternoon there is always at least 15 exercising.
