It doesn’t because the Valkyrie is 2271 lbs and the Speed Tail is 3521 lbs and the Valkyrie has more hp which should boost it more and since it is 1300 lbs lighter it should be quicker

Plaids a good car! But should only be compared to other electric cars like McMurtry spierling. 765lt should be compared to supercars but beats hyper cars aswell, like the original sf90. They then upgraded the electric motor just to take on the 765lt. It normally takes a 1000hp & a bit of lightness to give the mclarens a run for their money

@Equalevolution all production street legal cars can be compared with each other whether ice, hybrid or electric. How much a car cost is the only reason cars should not be compared. Mcmurty is a one-off race car not really fair to compare it to a warrantied production street car anybody can buy. Sf90 beats the 765lt in drag, roll, track and top speed.

The Dodge is a one trick pony though!! It's been designed for the drag strip. It's good at standing quarter miles but not much else. It wouldn't be fast round a track. Cross ply tyres are not race car tyres and dragsters don't do corners.

Something past rubber will have to be created. Im guessing some sort of infused superplastic that doesn't exist yet

But the Chriron made 303mph, the. SSC is all hype, it's ridiculous. Bugatti remains the king of speed, regardless of place in the world. Any Chriron properly equipped with tires will do over 300mph, and the driver let off, it may have made 310. I do not understand SSC fanboys. An engine like the Agera overpowered to the extent it will blow rings on one hard run. 1500hp out it a American small block pushed by 2 huge turbos....there's a reason you only see the owner's driving SSC and Konessigg

I was wondering why they haven't mentioned this car because that car is so beautiful along with being a lot faster than most of these cars. I know they didn't forget about so why didn't they mentioned it?

In order to be the fastest production car, the production version needs to get tested. Bugatti used a prototype, with no passenger seats and wasn't even road legal. End of story!

@amarjit singh all 30 super sport 300+ have the same engine tuning, different gearbox, longer tail end bodykit, identical in that prototype unit, exept no passenger seat but it's equipped with safety metal bars, compare the weight of those to the seat they are heavier. also andy decide to end accelerating even the speed still keeps increasing since he already got the goal to break that speed barrier, due to his instinct that the tires can't keep up. also unlike others they just did that attempt on a single run and succeeded to break that 300mph barrier on speed.

@amarjit singh those unit have owners they can try if they have balls that prototype unit is identical in those 30 special chiron, it's just they build that prototype unit first but overall its the exact same unit except no extra seats and have a roll cage.

The Veyron and Veyron SS record setting cars weren't customer cars, they were from Bugatti but production ready cars. You see the difference! Production car records demands using a car that has the same exact specifications that will be sold to the customer, in this case the record car had no passenger seats and the production car they sold all had one, moreover production cars require bidirectional run to negate the effect of winds. They didn't even apply for Guinness certification like they did for Veyron SS because they would definitely fail under Guinness rules for production cars!

I think because of marketing, I think produce about 600 cars a year vs. Koenigsegg's 60 cars a year. That figure might be plus or minus depending on if it's the sport, or super sport which is very limited.

You're absolutely correct about Koenigsegg and their hybrid powertrain. But be careful, there's a 🤡 in this comments section and crying about EPA certification for the Agera RS and the Agera RS already has that but somehow it's being made a big deal even though those certification doesn't matter outside of the US.
